Excellent customer service. They were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I needed a cable for my Nissan Armada and I was unsure of the length. The sales associate went above and beyond coming outside to make sure that I purchased the correct item with the correct length. This RadioShack is OUTSTANDING! I definitely recommend them, and I will be doing business with them in the future.

One of the only that still exist in the area. I drove about an hour to the location from where I live. The older woman started off a smart but she then became short tempered as if I was either asking too many questions or as if I was not checking out fast enough. I definitely thought it was unprofessional for her to be in a customer service position. I actually did not spend what I had plan to spend in the store due to her customer service so I put back some items. I only purchased what I needed only because I really needed it for a project otherwise I would've purchased nothing. Not saying everyone else will experience this but I will definitely buy from Amazon next time.

My experience at radio shack. Have to say the lady that works there Cindy, did a hell of a job with my fire and rescue scanners. I have a bcd 436 hp, Cindy fixed it she found out that the scanner restore it self. Then I got my new scanner bcd325 p2 that I have been waiting for a few years for a a while. When I got there she greated me at the door and I got a few more items for my scanner. She did a excellent job plus the cool thing is I got the new calvert channels on the scanner.
