If I could give -100 Stars I would!
The service department is a joke! The service manager is a joke. Had my Jeep for over a month, for a warranty repair. Called the warranty company and they said the repair was covered, all the dealer had to do was open the claim with them, so they could authorize the repair.
They still do nothing, I tell them I am on my way to get my car and they magically find a tech and a bay to start working on the vehicle. A week later pick up the vehicle and boom same issue.
To hell with this place!

If 0 stars was a such thing, that’s what I would give these people, the whole entire service department including managers are frauds. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR NOTHING, BETTER YET DONT EVEN BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!

The service department is a joke. Dropped our truck off for a week on two different occasions and work didn’t get done, first time it didn’t even get looked at. After we specifically told them what we wanted worked on. Went to pick up the truck after no communication and work being done and Jim at the front couldn’t find our keys. Asked about loaner car as we have two small children and was told they don’t offer that and they went on about how busy they are. Emailed the manager of the service department a week ago and crickets. Don’t waste your time.

Out of all of my car buy experiences over the years, this was the best one yet. Jathan was so helpful, considerate and NOT pushy at all. The manager and finance guy were also very informative and considerate. They ended up delivering my new Wrangler the next day. I am very appreciative and will surely shop with them again.

We purchased a very well maintained 2018 Jeep Cherokee from PFCJD RAM. Start to finish this was a pleasant, no stress process. We had a very busy week and were communicating with our sales person "Chris H" several times a day. Chris did his homework and formulated a very organized plan for us to view vehicles meeting our specifications. We looked at and test drove a new Jeep and then looked at and test drove a used Jeep. We chose the used Jeep. All of the staff we dealt with were pleasant, easy to work with, not pushy, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend this dealership.

I can’t thank Dakota enough for the wonderful experience we had when buying our Pacifica! The entire team at Prince Frederick had outstanding customer service but I really want to give Dakota the thanks he deserves for his sincere professionalism. He went above & beyond to make our car buying experience enjoyable and I truly appreciated his honesty and responsiveness. My husband & I chose this dealership even though we live an hour away, and Dakota & the entire team truly made it worth it and I couldn’t be happier! We will definitely come back to Dakota when we’re looking to buy our next vehicle. Thanks again!

Had been searching all over for one of these 300s and turned out Prince Frederick had one above and beyond what I was looking for. I think I called them around 11 in the morning and by 7:00 PM I was driving my new car home. They knew that I was a little bit of a distance away, so they were happy to work with me over text messaging, even pre-processing my trade-in and getting the paperwork started. Could not have been happier with the process it was easy, Everyone was friendly. And I like the vibe here better than any other dealership I’ve ever been to. Easiest car purchase I’ve ever made in my life and going back to get a car for my wife from Brad soon.

By far the best experience ive had when purchasing a new vehicle , from the sales man Robbie to the finance manager Austin . Never once felt pushed or pressured through out the process. I genuinely felt that Robbie had my best interests in mind . Closing the deal with Austin in finance office was a seamless process . Austin was very transparent with me and again I felt my interest was taken into consideration. After my previous experience with other dealers in county Prince Frederick dodge was truly a breath of fresh air.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. As a first time buyer, they took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect car. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, and I felt well taken care of every step of the way. Special thanks to Robbie, Cameron & Dee for their exceptional service and knowledge. It’s with great dismay that I’m here leaving a negative review of your establishment. We chose this dealership due to its high review/praise of work and customer service. Unfortunately this is not what we received.
Long story short we took our vehicle (Pacifica Hybrid) here multiple times to fix a check engine light. Work was completed and money was paid but the problem still persisted. We took the vehicle to another Chrysler dealership where they found the problem. Turns out your dealership missed the problem and or caused the problem. This was explained to us by the new dealership as well as the warranty company.
Upon hearing this news we reached out to you to help make this situation right. Unfortunately we were met with hostility, anger, and immaturity from several members of your management team. Excuses upon excuses to the point where we as the customer were blamed for your inefficiency. Very unprofessional and disappointing for a business who receives such high praise.
Look we all make mistakes. It’s nothing personal. As a business it’s up to you to provide good customer service and not take things like this personally. Your actions show your true colors in tough situations such as this. Instead of showing empathy, compassion, and professionalism you chose the opposite. Very disappointing and disheartening.
In the end we had to contact Chrysler Cooperate for help. They agreed with us and put the full blame and fault on Prince Frederick Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM.
We hope this review helps others make a good informed and educated decision about who they are really doing business with.
