They are doing the tire and wheel install on my Caddy after a disastrous experience in Waldorf. The team is very professional and attentive to detail. I just had 3 tires and wheels mounted and balanced and I'm waiting on a replacement wheel and tire so I can return and finish the job. I truly do recommend Platinum motorsports for your custom work!!!

Had to get my window tint removed for the MD inspection (RIP) and these guys were extremely friendly and professional upon setting my appointment and checking in. Definitely a place I would recommend for all services!

I have taken numerous cars to Platinum through the years, always good service. Tony and LB and other employees are very good. Recently my brake lights stopped working so I took it to Platinum. First appointment they accessed the problem. 2nd appointment my truck was there several days they could not get my existing brake lights to work so they ordered new brake lights for me. 3rd appointment I left my truck there for several days and had other install work done also which turned out great. However they could not get the new brake lights working and was charged for the brake lights and work hours. I felt they wanted to focus on other the install work rather than fix tail lights.

They did excellent service. I got a 5 all the way around my car. They talked with me about the ends and outs of legal tinting etc.....I shopped around before I came here and they are reasonably priced. Plus they don't sell the cheap tint that most shops like putting on car and charge an arm and leg for.Good quality products with good pricing.

I bought my 2019 Ford Fusion here in 2020. I tinted everything including my windshield.The reason I'm leaving this review now is because I just bought in my new car, and I realize I never left a review before.The tint job I had on my old car is still just as good as when they first did .They walked me through everything and made sure I was happy with the results of my current car I will be coming back here.

The customer service here is HORRIBLE. The level of professionalism is nonexistent. The Manager JB is a aloof, insolent and has a minimum lexis as his method of communicating to paying customers is inserting vulgarity in his fragmented sentences when being asked simple questions. I was often addressed as "Hey Man" or "Yo". There's no effective communication or follow up. They caused me to miss two scheduled out of town visits as my truck was in their possession and the work wasn't completed in the allotted time that was communicated. The reverence for their customers is absent. The owner Tony appears to come off more reasonable in dialect and uses his more jovial personality when communicating with you but he too also slid in profane language when describing the recommended steps to resolve the video output issue regarding my truck. As a military veteran I know you're only good as your leadership. JB behavior is clearly acceptable by Tony, if Tony wants his shop to be a continued success he may want to consider hiring a more friendly face at the front desk who was raised with morals and has general respect for human beings in general. Unfortunately JB intellect regarding customer service relations and business operations is infantry at best. Not to mention I felt they baited me in trumped charges when they knew as professionals what the easy less costly fix was from the initial assessment of my vehicle. Instead of leading with what became the final resolution they recommend these little fixes here and there which totaled to an additional $405. Those cost could have been avoided had the experts that they advertise themselves as would have started with what became the solution. As a professional and a disabled veteran who served this country and served in Operation Enduring Freedom their demeaning approach triggered my PTSD. When finally picking up my vehicle I began to express to JB how their customer service is poor at best. He assured me that the lack of professionalism that I felt had nothing to do with the color of my skin and he treats all customers equally and has stellar google reviews. I reminded him of our piss poor interaction when he contacted me using profanity in his frustrations. He then seemed to get offended as I tried to impart some solid advice and wisdom into him regarding his method of communicating with customers. He leaned over the counter and challenged me as if he wanted to take a swing at me and I stated "This is exactly what I'm referring to". You can imagine my shudder, as I reacted to his threat he then told me I need to leave his shop as he continued to use provoking language as if he wanted to get into a physical altercation. I was extremely disappointed with my experience and DO NOT recommend this body shop to anyone. They will milk you out of your money if they deem you to be ignorant and speak to you condescending as if they're doing you a favor and you're the paying customer! STAY AWAY! Unless you're in the business of charity and what to donate to their payroll by paying for services that are not needed.

I wanted a few trinkets for my truck (tonneau cover, integrated tailgate lock and new stereo with backup camera). Platinum Motorsport gave me a good price and great service. I highly recommend them - especially L.B. who was very helpful.

I got my windows tinted a year or so ago and had vent shades installed the other day. I had a great experience with Platinum and I would recommend them to anybody.Great work and good prices.
