“Today I was on the phone with about 4 different Verizon representatives trying to navigate a few changes to our family plan and figuring out how to upgrade some phones on our plan. We were afraid to go in-store because it's Black Friday, and we assumed it would be packed with long queue time, but with the complications of the phone calls, we decided we would face the wait times and crowds.

Upon our arrival, we were /immediately/ greeted and helped, and we were out of the store within 15 minutes with brand new phones in hand, family plan updated, and reassurance of the services within our plan. Will helped us at the store and was incredibly knowledgable, made us feel reassured with the plan we had in place, and knew exactly how to help us. He answered all of the questions we had, was able to talk us through the price changes in our plan, and was incredibly kind throughout the entire process.
