Dickinson’s jewelers has repaired many pieces of mine. I am impressed by their attention to detail and the quality of the repair. They are extremely reasonable with their pricing, too. I love Dickenson Jewelers!! Claude and Cathy are fantastic, loving and very friendly. I have had nothing but the utmost pleasure dealing with Sam also. She assisted in my latest piece of jewelry I’m has custom made. It’s so beautiful and couldn’t be more please with it. Sam was patient, gave me several options. I would tell her what changes I might like to see to each design. She was so very patient and worked until we came up with two final options. The final option is stunning. I’m so happy. The first custom piece was designed from a piece my Marine gave me as a gift. I dealt with Claude and he took his time giving me all the options available and the cost before i ever made decisions. You get what you pay for—quality, excellent work and service. I’ve dealt with plenty of salespeople there and they all have a special knowledge and personality that never turns you off. I walk in and feel right at home. They have an awesome number of regular customers!! If you’re looking for amazing jewelry and some one of a kind, Dickenson’s is the perfect place

Expensive and Careless. I recently moved to the area and one of my watches stopped working. I brought my watch to Dickinson Jewelers to have it evaluated. They contacted me and advised that it needed a new battery. They changed the battery and I picked-up the watch a few days later. They charged me $35.00 to change the battery. After leaving the establishment I discovered several scratches on the case back. I own numerous wrist watches and have had them serviced at several retailers in the DMV. I have never been charged so much for a battery change. Additionally I have never had any of my case backs scratched during the process.

What a dazzling pendant Claude designed for me starting with a coin ring. The ring had been in drawer for years and never worn. Now it has a contemporary paperclip chain and is surrounded by clear sparkling diamonds. A treasure for years to come. Beautiful workmanship!!

Arielle and the Prince Frederick Dickinson staff truly did everything they could to make designing a custom wedding band a fun and enjoyable experience. My husband and I felt like they genuinely cared about the final product and wanted to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. It’s also been fun adding items to my running wish list every time we went in. Couldn’t have dreamt of a better custom jewelry design experience and I cannot wait to shop there again! My ring started snagging everything so I took it to Dickinson jewelers to see if they could tighten the prongs. They could and said it would take a week to 10 days to get the ring back. This ring has a special meaning for me so I was a little hesitant on leaving it that long but I was more worried about losing one of the diamonds so ultimately I left it. Not only did I get it back in less than a week but it looks brand new. They polished and cleaned it as well as fix my snagging issue. When I picked it up I also got a 10% discount card for a future purchase. Everyone was super friendly. I highly recommend this store.

Dickinson Jewelers did an excellent job repairing my ring. It looks brand new again.This ring holds sentimental value to me. It was my mother-in-law's wedding set and they would have celebrated their 75th wedding anniversary in September if they were still with us. Thank you for a job well done.
