I recommend Prince Frederick Ford because the people there is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet they’re not pushy they answer all your questions. And they are very knowledgeable of the vehicle that you’re buying if you ask a question they know the answer. I stop by there Friday evening looking around at some vehicles ?. A young man name Wyatt Hollery. Came out and i introduced his self and I asked him a few questions and he took his time and was very patient showed me about 4 or 5 vehicles Answered all my questions we took a vehicle for a test drive. Came back and he showed me other things on the vehicle that I needed to know. I wind up buying a 2018 Ford Edge. I love that car it drives great I’m very satisfied with the treatment I had there and Wyatt cleaned the vehicle up for me and answered all my questions we went in to fill out the application. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Then I was introduced to Lisa customer service manager. She went over some things to help keep your car like new and rust free she didn’t try to push me into getting it she just went over and gave me all the options very very sweet lady. Then we met Sean. Financial manager. He went over all the options the warranty’s getting me the best interest rate and worked everything out the way I needed to very impressed with this young man too so if you’re looking to buy a car I highly recommend Prince Frederick Ford for and you couldn’t ask for a better sales person than Wyatt. Very knowledgeable and very patient. Thanks so much to everyone that we met at Prince Frederick Ford and look forward to working with you doing the years for my meetings and stuff. I bought a subaru brz from here and this has been the most helpful dealership I've been to! All of the staff was extremely nice and make the car buying process super easy and non-stressful. I would definitively recommend buying a car from here!

What can I say other than a wonderful experience I had today. The sales agent, finance manager and sales manager were all very professional and answered all my concerns. They added so many little details to my used car experience that I will definitely be buying another car from them in the future. They really went out of there way to help us purchase a used F-150 that we wanted. Merry Christmas to everyone at Prince Frederick Ford Preowned! A top notch team.

Great experience buying a used car. Gerald was awesome and thorough without being pushy. The Finance Office moved like a well-oiled machine (pun intended) and it was the fastest I have ever been through finance when purchasing a vehicle. I would totally drive the hour back here to purchase another car - probably the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Staff friendly, helpful, honest, and fast. Saw a vehicle we were interested in, all questions answered, test drove, talked pricing for maybe 15 minutes to get it where we needed, and spent no more than an hour finishing up paperwork. Easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made.
