Went in for engine work on a used Yukon that came from their lot. Vehicle came with 90 day warranty and when I went in, I was within that. Dealership scheduled me for day 91 just to tell me they wouldn't cover the engine misfire after twice they said I would be good and not to worry and quoted me $1500 to do spark plugs and coils and said that was a discount when parts cost $500. So they claim the job takes 3 hours and want $1000 in labor. $333 a hour! And thats a discount according to them. When I shouldn't be paying anything. Warranty Violation and scam artist.

Best car sale experience! My husband and I were just starting to explore new vehicle options and we started at Bayside. Juli, our sales associate, was amazing! She allowed us to test drive the Chevy Colorado, we came back on another visit with our kids to see how they would fit in the back, and she even kept us informed when the right color truck was coming in. She didn’t pressure or haggle with us. She was open and honest with us from the start. Juli was so sweet and friendly and made our sales experience so easy! Highly recommend Bayside Chevy.
