Schedule the first oil change appointment, I know, I know oil change at a dealer, but it was for free since we bought the vehicle that being said scheduled the first appointment of the day at 08:00, vehicle didn't go back till 0840, oil was change was done, had a low tire sensor, they couldn't find any problems with tire, said they filled it up. When I asked what was wrong with the tire they said that they just couldn't see anything, and if it had a problem come back later. Overall not efficient use of time, just filled up a tire instead of diagnosing the actual cause of low tire pressure.

purchased a used Chevy Equinox. First day driving it and one of the brakes squealed horribly. Then I noticed that the windshield was making a whistle sound. The sound got louder the faster I drove. Made an service appointment. One tech didn't hear the noise, drove around with second tech, who heard it. Was told to bring my car back as it was an MSI issue. I asked why I couldn't leave it and get a loaner as I was driving from another county and needed a vehicle to get to work. They said I didn't have that on my bayside for life. I was advised to call Ellen. She advised that I do in fact have loaner coverage but they didn't have any loaners and would call me back when they did. Almost 2 months after the purchase and still have any of the issues fixed or have gotten a call back.

Jarod was my salesman… he provided excellent service and mad the buying experience exciting. No pressure or strong-arm sales tactics at all. Jarod was professional, knowledgeable, and was clearly looking out for my best interest. Thank you Jarod, and please know, I already love my Silverado!

I usually don't have many issues with this dealership. Usually kind and professional but I have had 2 intances and 1 of them being recently that have made me consider going to another dealership. I have been going to that dealer since the end of 2018. One instance was when I brought my truck in for an oil change and they were looking at all my after market car audio. Enough to where it shifted my speaker box and couldn't put my seat back right. So that's how I knew they were looking through my stuff. The manager apologized and said it wouldn't happen again. So, I continued going and this recent time I went in for an oil change about 4 weeks ago. I purposely didn't leave my wheel lock key out because I didn't want my tires rotated but I forgot to tell the person helping me. So half way through my oil change I remembered and told him. He called back to the garage and they said it had already been done. So I wondered, how that was possible. When they pulled my truck around they were playing around in my truck honking the horn to the tune of a song. Once I got my truck I realized they had went through my whole console and turned it upside down looking for my wheel lock key. On top of that I had a brand new hat on my passenger seat and a box of returns on the floor board to put in the mail. They took the box and crushed my hat with it and left the box in my seat. I didn't appreciate them rummaging through my stuff. They should've called to the front saying the wheel lock key wasn't out. Then I can instruct them on what to do or go show them where it was. They didn't do that though. They tore my console apart and upside down looking for the wheel lock key. I was very furious when I brought it up to the manager and he really didn't say much. I haven't gotten any calls or anything about it. So they went through my stuff without permission and crushed my hat, along with messing around with my truck when they pulled it around like it was a toy. Obviously, these techs do not take seriously. I just recently bought a 2020 dodge charger from Tom Hodges in Hollywood. When I was going in to have the alignment and balance done. The same thing happened to another lady where her key wasn't left out. But, you know what they did? They came in and asked her where it was etc. That right there reassured me that the techs at Prince Frederick Bayside have no common courtesy or care about my truck when it comes in. It's a shame that's for sure.

Overall a mediocre visit. Took an hour and 40 minutes for an oil change (I had an appointment). Lounge wasn't very clean but the service techs were friendly. It was the first time since I bought my car in 2019 that they vacuumed it and I've yet to receive a car wash. These are some of the Bayside for Life benefits.
