“I was in immediate need of towing service and George's service and professionalism was 2nd to NONE! I spoke to 3 other companies in the area, 1 didn't have any drivers avail, another just didn't answer, and the 3rd quoted an outrageous fee. George was there quick, fast & in a hurry! He took extra care with my vehicle and got me where I needed to go. Rates are in line with avg going rates. He will definitely be my go to for towing services moving fwd.”

“purchased a used Chevy Equinox. First day driving it and one of the brakes squealed horribly. Then I noticed that the windshield was making a whistle sound. The sound got louder the faster I drove. Made an service appointment. One tech didn't hear the noise, drove around with second tech, who heard it. Was told to bring my car back as it was an MSI issue. I asked why I couldn't leave it and get a loaner as I was driving from another county and needed a vehicle to get to work. They said I didn't have that on my bayside for life. I was advised to call Ellen. She advised that I do in fact have loaner coverage but they didn't have any loaners and would call me back when they did. Almost 2 months after the purchase and still have any of the issues fixed or have gotten a call back.”

They've always been friendly, helpful and professional, we truly appreciate them. My parents used Mr. Tire, that's where I've gone for my work and now our daughter and son go there.”

Was living a sad country western song… Granados rescued us with quick service, found a few other issues, got us out the door ASAP and gave us a break on the cost too! Solid gold staff and service, military friendly, and only regret I cant bring them with me to my next hometown!”
