I just switched from another propane company to Aero. Alex and Steve could have been more professional. My first call was with Alex. He was fantastic and gave me all the information I needed.He set me up with Steve My my new tank installed by Steve. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

She was an excellent customer service contact for your business! I was set up for auto payments but my card on file expired. I owed for my tank rental and when I called in to her she helped me set up auto payments again with my new card and I was able to pay my balance owed at the same time. She was kind and efficient! Aero energy is lucky to have her!

Shout out to Ms. Kim as I called Aero Energy this morning for some assistance and she just had to be the nicest person i have spoken with over the phone in some time. We had an issue with someone reading my meter. This man decided to rudely approach my contractors and come onto my property WITHOUT ringing the doorbell to speak to the homeowner. Imagine my surprise when I did come out and this man decided to NOT acknowledge me until I requested he tell me who he was and what he was doing. The meter is not in my fenced in area, so he should not have come into the yard to speak to the contractors without my permission. Furthermore, he refused to give us information concerning who to call to get digging approval for the utility lines, he refused to give a card and of course would not tell us his name. I have no issues with Aero as a propane provider, but their employees on site need to learn respect for their customers and their properties.

Outstanding service by Jessy at Aero Energy!! When Jessy hadn't received confirmation of me accepting my contract she even called me back another day to remind me the price would expire if I didn't accept it. Jessy, thanks for all you and your teammates do at Aero Energy!
