I love 711. I go there so much the employees are like my friends lol. Great store that is very convenient. Great staff. They sell an array of different items...from tampons to fire wood. And everything in between. They always have a fresh pot of coffee going. Check them out!

Extremely rude. And when asked to purchase a pizza was told only sold slices. A few minutes later his shift was done. Then someone walked out with a whole pizza.

On Thursday 10/15 I purchased two 1L bottles of Deer Park, buy one get one free. When I had got down the road a little ways I grabbed one of the bottles from the bag and noticed some of the water was missing. I checked for any leaks and did not find any, so I went to open the top and noticed it had already been opened. I kept the bottle and tried to return it for another on Saturday 10/17. But instead of receiving anything that resembled customer service, I was told it wasn't their problem and that I could not have another bottle. I did not have a receipt, but I'm not in the business of trying to scam 7-11 out of 1 liter bottles of water. It was disgusting that there was an open bottle of water in their cooler, and even more disgusting that they weren't willing to rectify the situation. I'll be contacting the Calvert County Health Department to make them aware that this store is selling open bottles of water that have been drank from.

I usually give shining reviews. Over time, I've noticed that the usual gentlemen that work at this 7/11 are extremely rude. On numerous occasions that I've been in here, I've been rushed out, treated like they don't need my business, and given the lousiest customer service I've encountered in a while. Usually I'll chalk it up to someone having a bad day. That's understandable. But it's consistent rudness towards the people that fuel your business and keep money in your pocket that piss me off. I'm not the only person that I've heard say this either. There are other employees there occasionally that are pleasant. If you don't like your job, and hate dealing with customers, find another occupation. I suggest you go to the other 7/11 around the corner if you have the time. I won't be going back to this one. WaWa all day.

Good for quick stop... the Redbox on the outside tends have issues due to it facing the sun... might recommend going somewhere else if needing a movie... but other than that... you can get all your munchies here!
