Extremely disappointing and poor management. Stopped delivering mail without any notification. We kept going to USPS and eventually were told that the mail was being held there. Then no supervisor or management is available to speak. Everyone says we will reach out to you but no response at all. yet they continue to hold mail back.

Totally irresponsible and screwed up services. Asked for temporary one month mail forwarding in store. They not only did not do any forwarding, they actually start to return letters as undeliverable! While I am out of town and could not do anything! Calling the local office meets with shouting employee and finally got the promise that all letters will be on hold and then be delivered on February 28, 2024. Then I am getting calls that letters to me got returned as undeliverable! It is tax season and also had checks in the mail.

One thing about this post office branch---it is consistent. Consistently terrible. The unprofessionalism --- the mail carrier told people where I live that are not related to me, or are me how much mail and packages I have in my PO Box. Don't even think about getting a post office box. Your packages will be consistently lost, you'll be given other people's packages, and when notified that you have one with a slip in your box, you go to wait in line only to be told they can't find it. This is not EVER a one-off, but Every. Single. Time.

This place can’t get any worse. The Asian female clerks really hate their jobs or they hate the clients. Be nice, smile and let in the sunshine. Place is drab and so are the people.

Abrasive employees. I asked to fill out a change of address in person and clerk refused to allow me to and told me to do it online. Lied and said I cannot fill it out in person.Google maps takes you to the employee parking entrance.

If I could do negative stars here I would. I'm getting fed up with my packages being stolen from this location. Either straight up stolen and not delivered OR even worse-taking the contents out and delivering empty boxes. It ONLY happens when it's USPS and this location, so clearly someone or more than one person working there are stealing!!!! I plan on getting to the bottom of it soon.

Staff are rude and not professional at all. Our appt is at 3:45 pm. They kept us waiting until 4:30 pm. What is the point of making appointment? They don’t apologize at all and feel it is totally normal. I can hear they just chatting. They can do that after work. They are surprised that we are angry.

I would give negative stars if I could. Waited over an hour for a passport appointment. Paid for expedited mail and processing. Now, 5 weeks later, Dept of State has NO RECORD of receiving the application. The man that works the passport desk is awful. He's been there for years and still can't get things right.

The USPS is done, and this office proves it. Time for the Feds to sell the whole operation to a private company. Parcels would often arrive damaged, dropped off at the wrong house miles away, or never show up at all leaving the customer to track it down. One time it was found at the home of the delivery person, and another under a desk at this office! They have nearly 8 work stations but only one is routinely manned... what a waste! I can go on and on... find another way.

Showed up for a passport appointment only to have the employee say we can wait a half hour for them to get a lunch break. What's the point of having an appointment???

I recently took my two teens to get passports. I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled 10:30am appt. The Passport person was 15 minutes late arriving, but things happen and I overlooked that. The office was filthy and an absolute wreck. After presenting all the necessary documents the gentlemen disappeared for approx 10 mins. He came back with an unopened box and proceeded to unwrap a brand new camera. My husband inquired wether this was for the passport photo s as he'd offered no explanation. He said yes that their other camera recently broke. While we waited about 15 minutes for him to read the directions my husband politely said is there any chance we will be done in 15 mins (we had already been there 45 mins and got nothing done--the man chuckled and said no. He then said we should go to Walgreens and get photos there. My husband let him know he would need to be leaving and could he sign something now because he had to leave. He then disappeared again for a lengthy amount of time and comes back with a form for my Shia and to sign ...my husband thanked him and hurried for the door -- the gentleman then said oh you need to get that notarized. So he ran to 3 area banks and finally found a notary. Meanwhile I ran my boys over to Walgreens to get photos. When I got back he was with a new client and we waited another 25 mins. The customer service was just terrible. No apologies and poorly run. If the health dept went in there it would undoubtedly be condemned.

Delivered my package at wrong address in Mar'22. I went to the post office and supervisor confirmed it was delivered to wrong address. In Jun'22, i contacted the post office over phone for a letter or proof for the missed package. But the lady that I spoke over the phone was very rude and kept saying it cannot be done. USPS website says I have up to 365 days to file a request.

This postal office intentionally lose your package without insurance, be careful. I already lost two packages shipped from this office.

What's going on with this office? why they are so rude? Why they can't solve basic problems? If you can avoid dealing with them directly you should
