The worst UPS customer service I have experienced. Use another location especially if you need help with what you’re shipping.

Avoid this store. The staff is unhelpful and tried to sell me shipping boxes, claiming I couldn't return my Amazon item in the original box. Additionally, the lady wrongly accused me of using their tape while I was still holding my own. Very poor customer service.
