Brought in my Burberry trench coat and when I pick it up, the entire coat was covered in a wax like film. The cleaning instructions were not followed. Totally ruined a $2,000 coat.

Since my last dry cleaner went out of business, I've been coming to Royal Valet. They are convenient and just around the corner from Harris Teeter. Their quality is good but customer service could be better.
