They have provided us multiple machines at 4 different companies for the past 25 years, from DC to Balto and their service, prices and professionalism is outstanding. If your copier or scanner is down they are on site to repair w/in hours, no questions asked. My scanner went down this AM in the middle of our annual audit and Mr. Larry got the IT "pro from dover", Mr. Jarrod, to take over our computers and copier and fix the problem in minutes. During COVID-19, as online shopping became our norm, this UPS store has been the backbone of Great Falls. Their diligent work, often under the pressure of processing multiple returns and coordinating with heavy UPS trucks, has not gone unnoticed.

Every team member, from Evy, the young lady with the striking purple hair highlight to the young assistant Jaalen, with his always smiling face, provides exemplary service. I can’t tell you how many times I have forgotten box and they have provided assistance or printing labels directly to their printer with speed and efficiency all that requires effort, knowledge and ability to do a great work and all of them provided that and more.
They offer a range of supplies, like tape at reasonable prices, and boxes for those last-minute Amazon drop-offs.
This team's diversity in personalities and strengths creates a perfect blend, making this UPS store the go-to for all our mailing needs. I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere and I extend my heartfelt thanks to Marlon for his exceptional leadership.
His skill in managing both his staff and customers ensures the store meets our neighborhood’s high standards.

“This location will have my business so long as I'm living anywhere in the area. I've been using them for 8+ years now and never had an issue. I had a major problem today with a company I was returning an item to claiming that it had never been shipped or scanned for tracking. Of course I'd misplaced my receipt from Parcel Plus showing that I had shipped the item for return. I called up Parcel Plus and spoke to Kevin who went above and beyond to help me with the time sensitive return. After a few phone calls and screenshots in emails, it seems that the issue is sorted out (fingers crossed!!). I couldn't have done it without the assistance of the wonderful employees at this location.”

“I’ve been going here for 3 years returning Amazon packages that I have repackaged in original packing, new packaging, or that only require the scan of a QR code (no box). At times these have been very frequent returns.
Early on, when I brought a box in that wasn’t fully packaged, the woman at the store told me that next time they’d have to reject it or charge for packaging in-store. She wasn’t rude and it’s certainly reasonable that she, as a business owner, doesn’t need to consistently defray my costs.
I happily use this UPS regularly.”
