I've been coming to Potomac Nail Salon for years, and it's always been my go-to spot. No matter what I need done (whether it's a manicure, pedicure, or both) they always deliver the best experience. All of the nail techs are so kind and welcoming. They really take their time with each appointment and are always willing to adjust to your preferences. If you want something changed or done a certain way, they listen and make it happen without hesitation. You never feel rushed, and you can tell they genuinely want you to leave happy. No matter how busy they are, they always find time for you. It’s something I’ve really appreciated over the years. The salon itself is clean, calm, and just a really great environment. I can’t recommend Potomac Nail Salon enough.

Potomac Nails has been my go to spot for many years. I’ve since moved from the area, but I still make the drive over to get my nails done here. Service is reliable and quick with very friendly staff. Highly recommend - I haven’t been able to find a better spot!

I just had the worst pedicure experience I have ever had in my life without a doubt. The woman who was doing my pedicure was supposedly the owner which makes my experience even more awful. I walked in for my appointment and everything began normally. After cutting my nails, the tech did not file, or work on my cuticles whatsoever. She skipped directly to putting on two coats of a polish which she urged me not to get because it was very “clear” in color which in hindsight was likely ill-advised because I would be able to notice the poor work more obviously. Without a top coat, I was quickly removed from my chair so the tech could help another customer who was likely a regular, making me less important. The entire experience was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional in my opinion, and when the tech approached me to reprimand the the situation, she herself stated that “I have no cuticles and that is why the pedicure was so quick” which is hilarious as I am a 23-year-old woman who of course has cuticles. Again, I want to emphasize this was by far the worst pedicure I have ever had in my life.

I have been going to Potomac Nail for years and I've had a great experience every time. The technicians are welcoming, the space is clean and the end result is always excellent. It's just a great little place!

I love the relaxing atmosphere of this salon! It's the perfect place to unwind and pamper myself.
Walked in without an appointment for pedicure and foot massage. I was pleasantly surprised how I was able to be serviced without much waiting. I highly recommend Potomac Nails for their friendly service and very competitive prices.

Service has gone down. Polish is old and doesn’t last. Don’t be fooled by the fake nice. Willl not return.

Told the woman I needed an acrylic fill. She did not tell me they don't do acrylic nails... She starts filing down the acrylic and the next thing I know she's wrapping my fingertips with foil ... she proceeded to remove all acrylic and said she would "do dip." By the time, I realized what she was doing. It was too late. I do not like the dip process. I told her that. After being in this location for so many years, the language barrier should not be a problem. She did not understand me, and I could not understand her. I ended up just having her cut all my nails down, and put on clear polish just so I could get out of there. I now have to go to another place and have a new full set of acrylic nails put on (which I have not done in years!). All I wanted was a fill!!!!! Be upfront and honest with your customers and learn to speak english clearly.

Courteous and clean salon. Reasonably priced. I bring my daughters once in a while and the women are always accommodating and treat them with the level of pampering they want (and maybe deserve!). I've only ever done regular mani pedis and have no complaints. They're usually busy on the weekend so call ahead. The space is small. There are only 3 pedi chairs. The rest are mani stations. Everything is clean and orderly. I've never had to wait with an appointment. Parking is easy in the village. It's located on the side facing the Walgreens parking lot. Easy to miss if you don't know where to look.

I was long overdue to remove my nails that was dipped in powder with extensions and Ann was able to see me the Friday morning after thanksgiving. I called in around 11am and they told me I could come right now. I drove over and they were able to assist me immediately. It took about an hour to remove the nails and I also got my eyebrows waxed. It was great how they were able to help me with my immediate need. I was very pleased and would come again!

Best value and great service. I have been coming here for almost 5 years. They treat you like family and I always get a consistent manicure and pedicure. They are very thorough and take the time to accommodate your needs. They also do not push additional services like other nail salons. Ann and her team are great!
