PNC customer service is plain bad. The clerks and managers don’t seem to care and give customers the impression they are supplicants, not customers on whose deposits they make plenty of money. The simplest transaction, even a deposit, can take days. Not sure what can help this branch, other than hiring a totally new staff.

Worst place. Mortgage people are garbage. They made a mistake on my daughter’s account and basically took 250 dollars from my 10 yo account and are ‘investigating’ their cashiers mistake

I would encourage you not to do business with PNC Bank. Their customer service is a disgrace. I was a customer of Potomac Valley Bank for years which when it was acquired by other banks did not make any noticeable changes for me as a member. When PNC acquired Mercantile Potomac, wow did things change? There was a transaction that would take several days to process automatically. I asked the branch manager Nitu if somebody could do it manually. She said that she was the only one and she did not have time. I encourage you to stay far away from PNC. They're awful people.
