Bad costumer service from that guy Brian and his manager some Indian looking lady. I walked in bc I wanted to withdraw some cash. She directed me to the atm instead. I told her no bc I needed $1,$5,$10 bills only. I go to the atm and the it gave me $50 bills only. She makes me wait bc she apparently was going to fix the issue by giving me the cash I wanted. I wait about 5min and this guy Brian just chit chatting with his homies on the company's phone tells me. We don't have cash with us. Everything has to be done with the atm. What kind of a bank is this? What's the point of you even being there? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!! If you read this ! Yea I'm the FedEx guy! @pncBank get your ppl together or let another banking company in there. You failed as costumer service.

I want to give them 0 reviews if there's an option. How can they not have a teller to deposit cash!!!! Don't go there if you need to deposit cash. They should be closed or have at lease one teller.

This is no longer a traditional bank branch as they do not have a teller. Eventhough they are still calling it a bank the guy inside said "it's more of a financial center" this should be noted somewhere! The exterior signage is exactly like every other PNC bank. It's extremely frustrating to have driven there, delt with their horrendous parking lot only to be told I had to use the ATM. Which is not an option as I was handling a work deposit. Please change the Google listing, the exterior signage, anything to make it so that others aren't wasting their time, or better yet bring back the teller if you want to call yourself a bank.

This branch used to be very helpful and had good customer service. Today my experience was totally different. The staff's attitude dropped substantially, and was not able to show their care for the client's need. I actually just opened a savings account and was planning to deposit more savings. But based on my experience today, I will be closing all my accounts at PNC soon.

This is another one of my favorite banks . This is called PNC Bank . It has a good front area with huge parking spaces . It has a ATM On the outside But I think its in an unsecure spot without much serveillance . There is no drive through you must go inside the bank to do your business . Inside they have good customer service at the teller windows which they have 6-8 windows . On the other side of the bank they have Management desks to help those in real need that need help . I commend these people for the efforts they do help people when its needed most and go above and beyond the call of duty . This bank comes highly recommended . So drop on by and have some good business with this bank with the best in their fields . They look forward to seeing you all very soon .

I have always been impressed with the service I received when I use this branch of PNC. I contacted this branch when faced with an alarming reality in this day and age. Mr. Anwar Wesley took the call, immediately making suggestions. He arranged a meeting where he had copies of all suspect correspondence. He walked me through re securing my account. As usual, well worth the drive from Chevy Chase.
