Liberty Falls Veterinary Clinic
8924 Liberty Ln, PotomacForever Grateful. About 5 yr ago we rescued 3 week old kittens who had been brutalized by some kids. They were literally days from death. On our way back from where we collected them, I tried to find a vet who was willing to see them for very urgent care. My experience with the ER vet clinics in the DMV took them off the list as an option. I had never been to Liberty Falls and yet (after a lot of rejections by other vets) they told me to bring them in as soon as we could. The smallest and most damaged was too weak for the needed surgery but the vets scheduled the enucleation needed. These vets are so compassionate and it’s ALL about the animals. Still deeply grateful to them for saving all three. who are all loved and happy.

10229 Falls Rd, PotomacFalls Road Veterinary Hospital is EXTRAORDINARY! I do not live in Maryland. I spent several months in the area, and my elderly Shitzu needed vaccinations. They knew I lived in AZ and would not be a regular customer. Dr. Forbes was concerned about the size of my dog's nipples. I had asked my LA vet and my vet in Seattle about why they were enlarged. Dr. Forbes did not dismiss this condition. Dr. Forbes, who knew she probably wouldn't see my dog again, said this wasn't normal, and she wasn't satisfied not knowing what was happening. She wanted to research what this could be, and then she emailed me with three possible reasons. I am impressed. She truly cared about my dog. The front office team is pleasant, professional, and welcoming. I strongly recommend Falls Road Vet. I would give Dr. Forbes 10 stars if I could.

Old Anglers Inn
10801 Macarthur Blvd, PotomacFound this gem on my search for a first date location and Old Anglers Inn knocked it wayy out of the park. From the moment we pulled into the parking space it was apparent this was going to be a magical evening. The lights, the building and large firepit center piece made me think I was in a story book. Service - outstanding, highly professional and attentive. Food - lobster bisque, crab cake and salmon all top tier. Drinks - my date loved her side car, my old fashioned was good, could have been a bit stronger but that's personal preference. We met the owner Mark who directed us to explore the inside, cute spiral staircase to an upstairs dinning area (we picked our table by the window for our next visit). Outside, are additional event spaces (probably perfect for engagement parties) and a beer garden with live music for the more casual date nights. We will definitely return for the live music next month and get to experience our first time at this amazing venue.
