Terrible experience. I had a reservation. I walk inside and tell the female at the counter. I’m there for appointment for Mano, Pedi with anyone available since it was empty and I had a reservation. She tells me to sit down. At the same time a white female walked in without a appointment. They literal jumped up to help the female instead of me. I became invisible. I stood wondering what was going on? The 2 females working there continued to ignored me while they help the female choose her colors. The technician never interacted with me! I’ve been getting regular manicures and pedicures for about 20 years and have never been treated this way. The only star I’m giving is for the girl up front, who helped decide that my money should be spent somewhere else. Skip this salon and take your money literally anywhere else.Service: Nail cut & filing

LOVE this place. Attentive staff with good sense of humor. Actual foot bath chairs. Helpful in choosing colors. Overall comfortable atmosphere. Great place to relax after work. Evening hours.

I had a mani-pedi at Orchid Nails and Spa before my daughter's wedding. My wife, a long time customer, did the same the next day.

Clean, aesthetically pleasing, pretty local shop. Their technicians are super professional with amazing techniques! Great customer services as well. What's not to like.

Love Tammy and Tina. Book in advance. They invested in new chairs with these huge face shields because of COVID. I like the place. Clean, accessible, okay pricing. People who go there have been going for years, decades! That's a nice feel.

I just got a manicure at Orchid Nails and Spa today. I had a blast! The service was excellent and we were seen promptly. My nails turned out beautifully. Tammy the manager was kind, accommodating, and HILARIOUS. She even brought my friend and me free cookies! She had us laughing the whole time we were there! I had a lovely time.

I followed Tina from another nail salon and I have been happier at this spa. Not only is Tina fabulous, she is efficient and it's so nice to sit in her chair and just relax. The spa is quiet, yet busy with a nice ambience. The owner always says hello and goodbye- nice touch!

I've given this place several tries and each time I've experienced sub par customer service. I can't speak about most of their services as I keep my nails pretty basic, but for a $16 manicure I still think I overpaid for what I got and the way I was treated. In a nutshell, this is not the type of salon you'd expect in the trendy, chic neighborhood of Park Potomac. There are flies in this salon no matter the time of year and no one bothers to clean the fans that dry your nails. It's disgusting how much lint and dirt have accumulated on the fans. The customer service is not good either. When you walk in the door, you're either ignored or someone yells at you to "pick a color." You're given no direction as to where you should sit down after you've selected your polish; and if you happen to catch the staff while they are doing their own nails or something else, they are very slow to stop what they are doing and attend to you as the paying customer. They hired an employee who worked at another nail salon I sometimes go to whom I complained about when he worked there--the man has a problem with touching his face, nose, and mouth and then touching your hands and nails right afterwards. On my most recent visit, I asked a simple question about the price of my service and the owner snapped at me and said that I should know how much the service cost by now. Considering how I've only been there a handful of times and on this most recent visit, I brought my own polish and refused to have my cuticles cut, I just wanted to confirm that the manicure was the same price as last time. Rather than kindly saying so, the owner belittled me at the register. I will not go back here ever. They don't even offer you a beverage and they constantly have both the television and the radio playing which takes away from the serenity of getting your nails done.

Great little place. Nice professional and clean. Ambiance you feel when you walk in is a place to calm down and have some piece a quiet while you get your nails done. Definitely recommend always willing to squeeze you in even if you are a walk in.

Good for what it is, they give you a nice hand massage and they care about giving you a very professional manicure. Although I haven't gotten a pedicure from this location yet, it is a place I am will to try. The service there was pretty much what is expected, but not overly friendly. I had fun going with some friends.

Walked in for a full set and regret why i did compared to other nail salon i have been to. Service not worth the price. Would advice everyone to go elsewhere and enjoy your money's worth.

Walked in today for a pedicure and a full set of acrylics (for $72, altogether, which, for a good job would have been a fair price). My acrylics look like they were stuck on from CVS and the pedicure included no massage, only a 30 second scrub at best. The technician also only interacted with me to either aggressively shake my fingers in an effort to “relax” my hands or to twist my hand into uncomfortable positions so he could work on my nails. I’ve been getting regular manicures and pedicures for about 10 years and have never been treated this way. The only star I’m giving is for the girl up front, who helped me pick colors and was very sweet. Skip this salon and take your money literally anywhere else.
