Two stars for their collection/selection of adorable Scout bags and other unique gifts. Minus three stars for their customer service, no return policy (store credit only), and lack of communication regarding said policy. Cashier showed zero concern and shamed me for not reading the 6-inch sign by the checkout when I was juggling a 1-year old and other purchases. Would much rather support small businesses that value your time and loyalty.
