This is the best M &T branch.I’d been banking here since it was a Citizen’s Savings Bank in the 90’s. So far, Seven Locks Branch has the nicest Customer Service.Sandra and Maritzka we’re very helpful, patience and had given me a lot of advise to protect my account. Very friendly and warm.I hope businesses have this kind of people working for them. It really, really makes a lot of difference when we dear with pleasant and approachable customer service.Thank you ladies as well as the staff who works on weekends.

I've never had a positive experience with this branch. Despite being the closest to my house, I routinely drive to other branches. The employees don't value your time.

My Dad sent me a check for me to cash for him since he didn't want to go out as he's elderly and worried about getting CV 19. The bank wanted to charge me $20.00 to cash the check for him because I don't have an account there. Do you even think I would even consider opening an account at this bank if they're going to shake down everyone I write a check to for 2% or a max of $20.00? NO! Thank you AMY ( bank manager) Good looking out for your elderly clients during this time of CV19! A Bank with a Heart. NOT! What a disgrace!!
