Dropped the car off and was quoted ~$150 for synthetic oil and tire rotation. AFTER their work I was charged ~$140 for just the oil change and they left out rotating tires.

Harry The Shop Manager got my new tires installed on my Au Pair’s GX460 in half a day like he promised. I have 3 sick young children who had Pediatrics appts the next day and could not afford a “hiccup” on the job. Thank you Harry.
