I’ve been coming to this place when they used to be in downtown Silver Spring ; for 14 years. Since I was a pre teen. I’ve been a track runner and always have some up with my knees, etc. Dr. Gilbert is the best doctor to see! Honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Josh is THE PT of this area. Knows the body inside and out, dug into the issue and gave very targeted exercises that worked way faster than if another PT would just go through the motions. Dr Gilbert was great too, didn't over prescribe and didn't run in with surgery recommendations. Would come back here any time.

A complete doctor—compassionate, listens carefully, professionally sound. After 16 years, 5 surgeries later, finding Dr Martin was a Godsend. He affectively diagnosed my problem that has eluded many many doctors. I have such confidence in Dr Martin that I travel from Georgia to Maryland just to see him.
