“I’ve been going here for 3 years returning Amazon packages that I have repackaged in original packing, new packaging, or that only require the scan of a QR code (no box). At times these have been very frequent returns.
Early on, when I brought a box in that wasn’t fully packaged, the woman at the store told me that next time they’d have to reject it or charge for packaging in-store. She wasn’t rude and it’s certainly reasonable that she, as a business owner, doesn’t need to consistently defray my costs.
I happily use this UPS regularly.”

“The UPS Store in London turned my “how on earth do I ship electronics to NYC?” panic into a smooth, smile-filled experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful—though I’ll admit their charming British accents briefly made me wonder if I was in a high-end period drama about parcel delivery. They handled my shipment like it was the crown jewels, packing everything securely and walking me through the process with patience (and tea-worthy politeness). Prices were fair, service was quick, and I left grinning. If you ever need to ship something overseas from London, these folks will treat your package—and you—right. Brilliant!”

“I've been here a few times now and the owner is such a friendly and helpful person. I had some packages to send off and I couldn't find a box for one of them. He was kind in offering to leave the box with him and he would take care of it for me. I even got a shipping notification later that evening. The "more" part of the store is accurate as aside from mailboxes and shipping items, you can play the lottery, use the computer, purchase snacks, greeting cards, and other random retail items.”
“I went to this store because they've done a good job with earlier print requests when my printer wasn't up to them. This time, I had a large job in 3 pdfs on my phone, and Nicky was trying to help me when the e-mails with the pdfs kept repeating 'couldn't send'. She did NOT stop trying to find a solution - was also very helpful about choices of format - and when eventually it just seemed like nothing was going to fix this and it appeared that my WiFi connection was a problem, she suggested leaving the store and trying from farther away. I did that, it worked, and when I came back into the store she was doing a big 'yaaay', which all made me feel like she was really invested in solving my problem (thank you, Nicky).”

“When I first visited this location, I walked away disappointed—and I wasn’t alone. The experience felt frustrating from start to finish: the staff seemed overwhelmed and disengaged, wait times were excessive even during off-peak hours, and the overall workflow felt chaotic and inefficient. Compared to other UPS stores I’ve used—where service is typically fast, courteous, and well-organized—this one stood out for all the wrong reasons.
Customer service at the time felt like an afterthought. There was little sense of urgency, and communication with customers was minimal. It didn’t inspire confidence, especially if you were relying on them for time-sensitive shipping or business logistics.
That said, I believe in giving credit when it’s due. On more recent visits, I’ve seen a clear and noticeable improvement. The staff now appears better trained and more attentive, the process at the counter moves more efficiently, and the energy of the store feels more professional. It’s a much smoother experience overall.
Whatever changes they’ve made - better staffing, or simply taking customer feedback seriously - it’s working. The store is now functioning at a level I’d expect from a UPS location, and it’s reassuring to see that kind of progress.
While my initial review reflected the problems at the time, I’m pleased to update it now to acknowledge the positive direction they’ve taken.”
“This has been the best UPS Store I’ve used in the area based on multiple visits. Printing was always reasonably priced, and I could just email the label and they’d take care of it.
Even though it’s in a busy location, there were usually enough employees working, so wait times stayed short and service moved quickly. Every time I went, including during peak hours, they handled the flow of customers really well. Overall, I’ve consistently had a good experience here.”
“I have been here countless times and never met an unfriendly employee. Very helpful, the line can get a bit long but they are always staffed well from what I can tell and get through it pretty quickly.
May I suggest having a dedicated individual for printing services and one for shipping services? Not sure if corporate allows it but it would perhaps streamline things for everyone.”
“Don't be fooled by the young employee's ! This location offers actual empathy and support when it feel's like things are going sideways ! We no longer will go to Fedex for our printing needs as the employee's here have been much more ethical and supportive when we've had varying requests. They also ALWAYS have a notary on hand which is priceless. Give them a try !”
