I went to Kaufmann Jewelers in the summer to have a second opinion on the prongs of a ring that was custom made by another jeweler. The jewelry store that made it repeatedly said they were fine, but they kept snagging on everything. Kaufmann inspected the ring and noted that the prongs were not laying flat on the diamond as they should be and showed me exactly what the issue was. They were very knowledgeable and informative and answered all my questions and concerns. They fixed the prongs for an extremely reasonable price. It has now been six months of snag free wear! I highly recommend them.

Low pressure, family, friendly and family owned jewelry store. Have been in here for two separate items and both times have been treated like family. I have always had a wonderful experience shopping at Kaufmann jewelers. It doesn't matter if I'm buying an expensive piece or having a watch battery changed, the service is always warm and friendly. The one of a kind designed jewelry is fabulous. Prices are always fair.

Purchased 3 ring combo from them. They told my husband that if any of the stones ever fall out, “they’ll take care of it.” Only about a year of having the rings, which I don’t even wear that often, I was sitting at my desk at work one day when I noticed that one of the smaller stones was missing. It was definitely there that morning because a coworker asked to see my ring since I’d gotten married not long before. My husband took it back to get it repaired. He was told again that they’d, “take care of it.” Well apparently taking care of it just means them fixing it, charging for fix and then blaming me for the stone going missing after such a short time having the ring. Never again will they have my business.
