Giannina is a superb real estate agent and I highly recommend her with 5/5 stars. If I could give her more I would. She is professional, knowledgable and always keeps her client at the forefront of every transaction. One item that I appreciated was her patience as it took over a year to find the correct home for my family. She never acted in a push way and always made me feel as if I was her one and only client. She took her time, offered assistance above and beyond what any other agent has done for us and in the end, the proof was in the pudding- my home was under contract in under a week and the transaction was a success!

In this crazy market, it took us about several months to find our dreamed home; Giannina worked with us through that process with a big smile and optimism, always being responsive, and fully professional. The thing I admire the most about working with her was her commitment and patience; I think we saw over 100 different houses before finding the right one for us, but she was always fresh, kind, and ready to rumble. She was a great negotiator when we bought, we managed to buy a house with appraisal and inspection contingencies and we did not need to include extra cash, all thanks to her careful planning and negotiating skills. Later, when we sold our old house, she helped us receiving 26 offers and sell our house for 40K above our initial selling price, she is smart, trustworthy, detail-oriented and a tough negotiator, and I recommend her 100%.

Giannina helped me and my parents get our first house last year. She was there for the whole process,from the beginning until the end, answering any questions we had.
