Very happy with the fresh arrangement that these folks had delivered in Potomac. Their website is very easy to use and to order from, but their staff was also professional and friendly. Definitely recommend them to others.

I asked for a funeral arrangement to be delivered on last Saturday for my aunt funeral it wasn't delivered until today. That was very disappointing.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS SHOP!!!!!! Ultimate flower arrangements scam @ Floral Designs of Potomac!! I ordered a tall arrangement from their "Lavish" category, a full arrangement (lots of flowers) in a beautiful tall "Limited Edition" vase. What was delivered is far from "Lavish", it looked like a cheaply made grocery store flower arrangement, few flowers with a lot of leaves in a cheap vase. When I sent an email with pictures of what I paid for and what was delivered to their email address, they sent 6 roses with an apology note, adding insult to injury. I wish it was 12 roses, at least. They have nice pictures on the website to entice people but they either don't know how to make those arrangements or the pictures are only there to attract unsuspecting customers. Turn out to be that three of my family members have had the same horrible experience with these guys. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. They overcharged us and did not fulfill what we asked for and won’t offer to make it right. No customer service.Take your business elsewhere.Concerning the reply below...the owner is also LYING. They sent us a picture AFTER they already sent out the arrangement and when we contested the fact that they included the vase (that they charged $40.00 for, what a rip off), they said it was too late. My credit card company is going to reverse the charge so despite them having the chance to correct the issue, they will end up with nothing.
