Falls Road Veterinary Hospital is EXTRAORDINARY! I do not live in Maryland. I spent several months in the area, and my elderly Shitzu needed vaccinations. They knew I lived in AZ and would not be a regular customer. Dr. Forbes was concerned about the size of my dog's nipples. I had asked my LA vet and my vet in Seattle about why they were enlarged. Dr. Forbes did not dismiss this condition. Dr. Forbes, who knew she probably wouldn't see my dog again, said this wasn't normal, and she wasn't satisfied not knowing what was happening. She wanted to research what this could be, and then she emailed me with three possible reasons. I am impressed. She truly cared about my dog. The front office team is pleasant, professional, and welcoming. I strongly recommend Falls Road Vet. I would give Dr. Forbes 10 stars if I could.

I have been trusting them to do the best with my poodles for many years and although the staff has changed a lot over the years, they have always had my poodles health first and foremost.

As always the staff at Falls Road VH were friendly and caring towards both Gracie and myself. while at the same time being professional and respectful. Wouldn’t consider any other vet in the area.

Today we had a potential “emergency” with our pup and were able to get an appt with a veterinarian within 2 hours! (All emergencies seem to happen on a Friday afternoon or after-hours!) Our visit with the newest full-time veterinarian in this group, Dr Forbes, was probably my best experience with any vet EVER! We have been patients here since adopting our first dog nearly 5 years ago. As most dog-owners can attest, we’ve had our share of “doctor visits” over the years. Dr Forbes surpassed all of my expectations and was absolutely AMAZING! She was a genuine pet lover, gentle, kind, compassionate, well versed and experienced and listened to what I had to say. She was literally on the floor with my dog examining him thoroughly. I found her to be INCREDIBLY hands on and very insightful! Coming from the Mid-west where she was a one-woman show, her inclusive, hands-on approach was tremendously appreciated. She comes to this group as an incredibly skilled veterinarian and truly gifted surgeon (not all vets are surgeons!). Her expertise is evident from the moment you meet her. I have such confidence in Dr Forbes and her team, and was relieved that our “emergency” was averted. She did a thorough exam, palpated my pup, did X-rays and was able to make a well-informed educated decision. Yes, ALL of the staff at Falls Road Vet Hosp are literally AMAZING! We truly LOVE the personalized attention we receive every single time we visit. My personal experience today with the newest FULL-TIME Vet, Dr Forbes, surpassed all expectations! I cannot recommend this group, and Dr Forbes, highly enough. From the personal welcome (EVERY-time) by the front office staff, to the friendly technicians, groomers, daycare/boarding staff and Doctors, Falls Road Vet Hosp is truly the kindest, most compassionate, comprehensive, family oriented practice in all of Potomac! I absolutely LOVE this group and how special they make me and my pet feel! They are truly a unique group and I highly recommend them!

This is the third dog that we have taken to this practice. From the staff, the tech, and the vets you are treated with love and respect. Whenever I have a question, and I call the office, someone always helps me and answers my question. When the tech comes out to get my dog, you can tell right away that she loves her job and is very loving. The staff is very professional and always wants to help you. The vets are amazing and you can tell that they care for your pet.I would not take my dog to any other veterinarian. Also, on their counter, they not only have treats for dogs, but treats for humans! Love this practice.

Caring staff from the front desk all the way to through to techs, doctors, groomers etc. Responsive and listen to all concerns and have a great referral network to specialists if needed.

After being a client for about 5 yrs, I will no longer use them. Last encounter with the manager was extremely poor over their own error. Disappointed.

The staff and doctors are great. Given my trouble walking they helped bring my dog into side then back out after appointment. The Vet is wonderful and help calm Eilee down. She spent time with both of us to review my dogs medical conditions and treatment. Can I give more than five stars.?

We absolutely love Falls Road Animal Hospital! We have been going here for at 10+ years! The staff and Vets.are always so helpful and friendly. I would never take any of our pets any where else.
