For example, I needed a vacuum and he helped me get one that fit my family's needs with pets and asthma. I needed flooring basement that was waterproofing, I needed carpets that shagged, I needed carpets for school, I needed my carpets cleaned from all kinds of disasters, basement flooding, etc. He sent my mom who is a senior there and instead of worrying she will be ripped off, I'm assured he will take care of her. Rare guy, in the best possible way, which leads to great service. Carpet and flooring fiascos can be really stressful! He takes the stress away.
