Do not store a boat with these people. Before the sale of our boat was finalized, they threatened to move the boat from inside storage to “out in the elements”. When informed that the boat had in fact not been sold, Kurt demanded we show proof of ownership the first of each month. This is the same guy who said he wouldn’t help us sell our boat because the commission wasn’t worth his time. Stay away and beware of terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. Nice as can be when they want your business, but once you write that check, they could care less. stay as far away as possible!

Denied a distressed vessel dockage when they sucked up seaweed while getting fuel.Avoid any place that won't assist a vessel in distress.

I would not patronize a dump like this. What kind of marina would ORDER a paying customer/vessel in distress off their dock?

Turning away boats in distress should be zero stars. Unfortunately, that's not an option. Shame on you!!!

This marina is all about making money and doesn't care about the boaters. Great location but poor management

Worst attitudes and happy to force you off the dock when you boat breaks down while refueling at you facility. Bad business practice always help a boater in need! A marina of all places should respect that

Enjoyed fishing there. Water wasn't something I'd swim in nowadays. But still, a decent place to enjoy and relax.

Previous positive reviews were for original owners. New owners have zero respect for boaters so I don’t know why they run a business that serves us.

Boater code is to help boaters in distress, not this owner he shoved the boat away from the dock.Owner should feel ashamed of himself. Never in all my years of being on the water have I witness such a disgrace.

I THOUGHT I FOUND A TOP SHELF MARINA TO HELP WITH A PROJECT BUT THERE IS SOMTHING SERIOUSLY WRONG WITH THIS VENDORS METHODS AND IDEAS OF GOOD SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANIPULATIVE AND THIRD RATE CHARLATEN.Marine Endeavors is the corporate name for Tomes Landing Marina (trade name) at the same address in Port Deposit Maryland. Kurt Harder owner. I have been told its a membership yacht club but its a boatel marina. I sent a boat in for repair in prep for restoration and was promised immediate service. The job was started and hasn't moved since with the excuse being " the parts are backordered for a month " which turned out to be a lie. I got the parts in less than 24 hours from Mercury, where they said they were on 4 week backorder. I don't know what the issue is but promises broken amount to bad business. The job is pre paid, they just cant seem to deliver. Their team seems to think that putting me to the back of the line, repeatedly, is ok. I'm not asking a lot....only for the job to be done as promised. They also refuse to give me information on the progress of the delayed job they claim they cant do. They cite lack of help.... and "a more lucrative job came in" for their reasons to not finish mine up.IF TOMES DIDNT WANT THIS REPAIR JOB UNDER THE CONDITIONS THEY ACCEPTED IT (IMMEDIATATE EXECUTION OF THE JOB) THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN IT. We shall update tomorrow and until this is resolved. STAY TUNED!

Well, my experience has been all bad. Not only did my wife and I purchase a boat from Tome's with a contract agreement for restoration of items found to be damaged, missing, not functioning properly, all would be repaired or replaced by Tome's with no extra cost to us. Now a year later work still hasn't be done, unwilling to renew our storage contract. Why you might ask? Because last year on the behalf of concerned and endangered employees I reported unsafe working environment, willfully putting employees in endanger, not providing "required" Federal / State regulation training. I am Safety Specialist in the real world and offered free of charge to provide all required training, and help with facility safety, storage etc. OSHA did make a visited and found 6 things not in compliance and one of those was the workers right to know what he or she could and would be exposed to. They treat employees like gum on the bottom of someone's shoe. Many boaters in the area have said the same. Owners are unprofessional. I can only assume they as always will not honor our contract to replace or repair our boat as agreed to.

Great facility with boatel, sales, and service all under one roof. Port Deposit is a charming historic town with a few dining options too. Owners Kurt and Jodie are very friendly.
