“I have been a customer for years and have had very good support from the manager and support staff. As far as tellers, I did not find them to be especially friendly, and there are often only two tellers along with long lines. Perhaps that is part of the big picture as to why this branch receives such bad reviews. Today I actually reached Summer by phone, what a pleasant person! This is a big step in the right direction. BOA Aberdeen needed the extra help, especially a friendly, caring person like Summer.”
