PATIENTS BEWARE OF THE PHARMACY STAFF!
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO I WOULD!
PHARMACIST IS NASTY, RUDE, AND STEALS PILLS FROM PATIENTS!
3RD MONTH GIVING THIS (SORRY OF AN EXCUSE OF A) PHARMACY A TRY.
3RD MONTH OF ISSUES AND EXTREMLY SCKETCHY STAFF.
1ST VISIT...... IN JUNE 2024.... PHARMACY WAIT FOREVER YET NOT A SOUL IN DRIVE THROUGH OR INSIDE....
2ND VISIT .....IN JULY 2024... MAGICALLY SHORT ON MY MEDS BUT AFTER SPEAKING TO AND INFORMING MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND THAT NOT TO WORRY, COME IN A DAY OR 2 EARLY AND WE'LL HAVE THE MISSING PILLS FOR YOU. BOY WHO SUPPOSEDLY WORKS IN PHARMACY WILL CALL YOU ASKING FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION OVER PHONE OR ELSE YOU ARENT GETTING YOUR MEDS. ALSO RUDE NASTY AND ON 3TRIPS CAN NEVER FIND PRESCRIPTIONS AND JUST WONDERS AROUND PRETENDING TO LOOK. AND GETS A KICK OUT OF PLAYING POWER TRIP BY THREATS OF NOT ALLOWING YOU TO GET YOUR MEDICATIONS.
3RD VISIT..... AUGUST 9,2024..... ONCE AGAIN UNFORTUNATELY WEN THE INCOMPETENT PHARMACIST IS ON DUTY. AND I WAS THREATENED BY WEN AND THE RUDE LIL BOY THAT THEY COULD EASILY REFUAE TO GIVE ME MY MEDS. LIED ABOUT EVER SPEAKING TO US STATED THAT IM TELLING LIES AND THAT YHEY WOULD NEVER GIVE A PATIENT THE PILLS THEY DIDNT HAVE BUT TOLD US TO GET DAY OR 2 BEFORE NEXT PICKUP. YET TAKES HER GENERAL MANAGER OFF SPEAKER AND TELLS HIM YEA IT WAS ME I DID IT. AND IM SHORT ON MY MEDICATIONS BECAUSE OF THESE CLOWNS INABILITY TO DO SIMPLE PHARMACY JOB.
WEN AND THE BOY ARE ABSOLUTELY RUDE IGNORANT .... BOY THREW MY DEIVERS LICENCE ACROSS COUNTER ... THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A SAF SAD SAD EXCUSE FOR A PHARMACY.
BUT NO WORRIES WE WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE AND HAVING INVESTIGATION STARTED.
PLEASE PEOPLE .... FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY BEFORE SOMEONE IS SERIOUSLY INJURED BY THESE CLOWNS.
YOUR HEALTH IS FAR TO IMPORTANT TO RISK THESE CLOWNS TOUCHING ANYONES MEDICATIONS.

My experience at this store was wonderful. A big thank you to Vernon who is the head cashier in the front of the store. He was so nice and helpful. Much appreciated.

This is the worst pharmacy EVER! I would avoid this place at all costs. The head pharmacist is completely incompetent and has driven away all of the techs so wait time is forever. She also is computer illiterate and is unable to process insurance correctly. BE WARNED! Prescriptions are never done until you physically show up, the drive through is almost always closed and they won't answer the phone.

They never have my prescription done, they never answer the phone and the workers don't have any customer service skills. I thought CVS was bad.

Sales staff is always polite and helpful and I really enjoy their seasonal items and promotions. They have a lot of stock.

God awful customer service in the Pharmacy. I’ve never been yelled at before until this store. I’ve worked in customer service for 20 yrs. , I’m beyond understand and came back a day later just to give them ample time to fill my prescription. Yet, my prescription was not filled and rather than explaining to me the situation and the next step I was yelled at by 2 people and told to “just sit down” like a child because they were to busy. Never again.

Go to Walmart for Pharmacy. You will die before your Rx's are filled with the Drive-thru closed, long lines, long wait times, and Rx's not ready 48 hours after being sent in. Pharmacy will not fill your Rx until you are physically in their line and then you'll have to wait, too. Don't waste your precious time with such nonsense.

Awful customer service! The pharmacy hours change so often you have no idea when you can pick up your prescriptions! They would not fill one of my regular medications I have taken every day for 10 years and acted like they didn't care if I went through severe withdrawal symptoms! Pharmacy staff is not properly trained to take care of issues. They just refuse to help you. Do yourself a favor and shop Pocomoke City Pharmacy for your medication needs!!!

I understand the pharmacy changed their hours but the store just closes early this Saturday for no apparent reason? Not sure what is going on at this location, Brandon the pharmacist that was here was top great! It seems he has left and since the staffing issues have been a huge issue and this location has been overlooked by the corporate. Maybe it is time we start moving our business to the little pharmacy in town. Such a same.

I have dealt with this riteaid for over 20 years. I'm very unhappy with the recent service I received. I went to the Dr for an antibiotic and then waited all day for notification that my prescription was ready. At 651 pm I called and was told that they were only filling prescription for people that came in and waited. Then I was told they closed at 7pm and would stay closed until Monday. I rushed to the store so I could start my medication. Why would I go to the Dr at 8am on a Friday if I wanted to wait until Monday for my medication. Absolutely ridiculous. I will probably be taking my business elsewhere.UPDATE: My prescriptions are now being held hostage. Went to a local pharmacy to have my prescriptions moved from rite aid to their store. They told me they had many people do the same thing the past two weeks and rite aid does not respond, not to fax or phone call. So I went to rite aid to tell them to move everything. They told me when they had time. So now I have to call my Dr's office to have new prescriptions sent in. Poor business. Also, corporate messaged me and said someone would be in touch. 10 days and nothing. Save yourself time and trouble. Go somewhere else
