I don’t normally rate Lowe’s, as I usually find what I need without asking for help and get out as quick as I can. Time is money! Yet a young employee named Nicolette really opened my eyes of how friendly the service is here. As I was attempting to find some hard to find items, she not only approached and asked me if she could help me, she actually went above and beyond by helping me look first on her PDA for the items and then shelf by shelf! I’d like to hope that she is a shining example of your training and leadership. I do believe; however, she is beyond that. She is a one in a million human being who cares about people and should be THE example for all other employees.

Candace over in the flooring department took the extra time to help me pick out the vinyl tile for my kitchen and made sure I had everything I needed to install my flooring properly. This employee really deserves a kudos for going above and beyond!

I go to this location often. It’s not as large or have as many options as the Salisbury location however they options they have are great and I’ve never lacked for assistance in any department. I’m a frequent lawn and garden, paint dept and lumber department shopper. The staff are always great. Down to earth and helpful.

I have had nothing but trouble getting a refrigerator delivered from the Lowe's. the delivery date was delayed multiple times.
All the while my family was living out of coolers because our refrigerator wasn't working any more.
I was originally promised a delivery on Monday, which, the day before, got changed to Friday. After I called them, they changed it to Wednesday. Then they changed it back to Friday.
Friday comes and goes and no refrigerator is delivered. I called them and they told me to call in early on Saturday to get it delivered on Saturday. When I called, I was transferred to the shipping company, who told me that they could not deliver until Sunday.
so i finally got the fridge late in the day on Sunday.
I wrote a few emails to Lowe's and they offered me a $15 gift card as compensation for my trouble. i told the that was not much, so they upped it to $25. I figured that was all I was gonna get so i took it.
So, the take away here is that, under NO circumstances should you buy anything from Lowe's that requires delivery. They are just not set up well to get the job done. Their employees were mostly polite and professional and sincerely tried to overcome a broken system, but they were unable to do so. Their attempts at compensation were too little, too late.

Lowe’s in Pocomoke. The manager Scott is the most arrogant, ignorant, and over all the worst store manager that they could have hired!!!! Get rid of him and put the assistant manager on as head manager

Horrible customer service, seemed so clueless about what was going on. Everyone just stands around not engaged with customers. Online order was not prepared took about an hour for them to get everything and I ordered the items days in advance. Additionally they did not have items in stock but allowed me to purchase it online saying they had it and reserve it. Showing a flaw in their inventory process. As someone that has been to Lowe’s stores all over the country. This experience was extremely disappointing. The Lowe’s right outside Chincoteague, VA

Would give zero stars if I could. I was at the lawn and garden center picking out plants when I heard chirping coming from a trash can. The can had plastic bags and soda cans and underneath were 4 birds nests, one of which had a baby bird in it. I don't believe there's anyway this was an accident. Ruthless behavior.

Went to the pocomoke Lowe's after we couldn't even get waited on in the Salisbury Lowe's.Went in Betsy told us what section to go to and someone would right there. Glenmora was right there. Got all we needed. Very helpful!
