“I don’t normally rate Lowe’s, as I usually find what I need without asking for help and get out as quick as I can. Time is money! Yet a young employee named Nicolette really opened my eyes of how friendly the service is here. As I was attempting to find some hard to find items, she not only approached and asked me if she could help me, she actually went above and beyond by helping me look first on her PDA for the items and then shelf by shelf! I’d like to hope that she is a shining example of your training and leadership. I do believe; however, she is beyond that. She is a one in a million human being who cares about people and should be THE example for all other employees.”
