We had excellent service. The husband wanted a truck that Dover had, and they got for him that day. Dana was very helpful. The finance guy (who I don't remember name) was super nice...and Hubby got his dream truck.

Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Kevin, the service advisor took real good care of me. The mechanic did an awesome job as well. Definitely recommend Hertrich to anyone.

I always have a good experience taking my vehicle to Hertrich Chevrolet! I bought a Silverado Pickup, brand new, from Hertrich Chevrolet in 2008. I have always had my pickup serviced and all repairs done (which there have been very few in 16 years) at a Hertrich Repair facility. The service manager and the technicians are great and the service has always been outstanding. I plan to buy my next Silverado Pickup from Hertrich Chevrolet. I highly recommend Chevrolet Silverado and I highly recommend Hertrich Chevrolet! *****

They are always so friendly and efficient. I am disappointed I no longer receive coupons for service. It is a 45 minute drive for us to go to Hertrich in Pocomoke. The coupons help defray the cost of gas.

I went to the service department and spoke to Kevin. He was very polite and honest with the diagnostic of my vehicle. Luckily it was nothing major so they were able to fix my car the same day.
