If I could give a zero, I would. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Stopped in THREE times today to pick up a prescription, only to find out it won’t be here for two mores days. Apparently, I was not the only person here having a problem. MANY people ahead of me walked out disgruntled without their prescriptions too. Walgreens should be ashamed of themselves!

I don't know what they even do at this pharmacy? I can never get my refills....tech indicates refill has been submitted. Then I wait three days and hear nothing. Call back and I'm told same thing, it's been ordered ma'am. But after three weeks of my monthly med I'm now in next month. And it's like this EVERY TIME. I think my 5 yo could do better. It's terrible. They are not helpful and just say what they want to get you put of their face. Pharmacist needs to be better at this location. Whoever it is IS TERRIBLE. He/she needs to be better. This pharmacy is embarrassing.

I was on hold for 45 minutes Saturday to speak with the pharmacy. I ended up driving there. Once I got to the counter I hung up at 1 hour and 2 mins with still 2 people waiting infront of me. I was trying to see if they could order a specific pill for my dog. The lady at the counter said they didn't have it in stock but because this wasn't her store I should take it to a different Walgreens to see if they can order it. I told her I didn't want to run to another Walgreens just for them to tell me they don't carry it. Could she at-least check their system. She said she can't because neither her nor the pharmacists on duty's credentials work there. How is that effective for customers?

Pharmacy is a complete waste of time.
Scheduled a vaccine was told to wait and 30 min later they said they don't take my insurance. Very unprofessional

I wish I could give 0 star. The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I had to send my brother to pick up my medication as I wasn’t feeling good. They told me I had to pay $70 for one of my meds. I asked my brother what the med’s name was. Since he was picking up 3 meds, he wasnt sure which was the one costing $70. When he came back home, I looked at my meds and saw that it was for Clindamycin but I was told by my doc not to use it. So I hurried up and went to return the med. I understand it was 7:50pm when I reached there. There were two registers open.When the customer in one register left, i went there. The lady working in the front made her face, closed the other register and told me they were only opening one register , and brought the lady in the other register where i was standing. I waited. When my turn came it was 7:56pm. I told them I was there to return my med. She said , “Right on time.” She had her little bag in and was ready to leave. Then she asked me if I had a receipt. Unfortunately I forgot the receipt at home. She told me she knew that my brother just got them 5 mins ago. I asked them if a picture would work, they said i have to have a physical receipt. Then I said her if I can come back tomorrow but she told me I had to return it the same day. I requested her if I can go home and come back as I only live 3 mins away but she said they were closing. Basically she told me she cant help me at all. She cant work with a picture, she doesnt want to stay 2 mins more after her shift and I cant even return it the next day as she told me it has to be within the same day. What makes me sad is as a healthcare worker you wouldnt even want to stay 2 mins late to help a patient, and the faces you make because you are there 5 mins before the closing doesnt help anyone. I think that our job , as a healthcare worker, is to help someone passionately no matter what their race, timing or complications are. I really think this pharmacy needs a better pharm technician to deal with customers.

The Kingsford lighter fluid was on clearance for $3.99 since the fall of 2023. On February 3, I wanted to buy 6 of them but was told no I could get only one because the price was incorrect in the system. So I ask the manager outright that you are not going to honor the price that on the shelf? She said yes, I am not going to honor that price because it is a seasonal item. The same clearance rack had sunscreen on sale, which by the logic shouldn't be on sale, but it is as well. She and the sale associates began to blame Walgreens headquarters that don't tell them when clearance prices changed. It does not matter! The customer sees the price on the shelf and is not getting what is advertised!! This manager at Walgreens at 1510 Reisterstown Road is VERY dishonest and is misleading the public on what is being advertised. Then she says ok, I give you one for $3.99 but not 6. That's ridiculous because all of them are $3.99 AS ADVERTISED!! Be very careful about going to this Walgreens.
UPDATE: I called Walgreens HQ, who forward my complaint to the store. The assistant manager on duty today, 2/6, called me and resolved my complaint. Thank you!

Horrible. Sent me out 4 times. Kept my diabetic mother fresh from the hospital 4 hours back and forth waiting for prescription. These people are unsmart, unprofessional and uncaring.Do not go! Please!

This my first time getting my prescription send to this location because it was closer if I had known this would’ve took this long to get my prescription I would’ve stayed at my previous location that a little farther but at least it was worth the ride First time I call and was on the hold for 37 min.no one pick up So I drove to the location and I was the second person in line Lordy I stood in line for 27 min. Until another worker came out and waited on me I wish I could give less then one star Praying for professional service come back

If you are diabetic, don't trust your life and medical needs with this pharmacy. The staff can't find your script, refuses to recognize your pre approved prescriptions, refuses to answer the phone and more.... Every transaction is filled with anxiety and frustration. No more... we are taking our business to a small family owned pharmacy with better service and a working phone number!
