I guess they have a set number of customers they like to work with because they are difficult to get a hold of. I went in person for a quote a few years ago and they gave me an outrageously expensive premium which looking back now may have been just to get rid of me. They also told me to check with Allstate for a quote which thinking back now was a bit odd. I contacted them again a few days ago about a quote and they just ignored me. I guess they have a specific type of customer they look for which I understand, but the lack of communication and transparency I had to deal with was annoying.

I would not recommend this agent or state farm for auto insurance. Because there lack of communication in concerns with your policy. An if anyone who is set up on auto pay please may sure you get the form to sign if you have more then one vehicle on Two different policies Because Mr. King will have you thinking your covered but it might slip through. If it does and you need there help to straighten the issue out its not going to happen. Why because you never will get that courtesy call from Mr. King to inquire why your auto pay did not go through. Mr. King has left me in a bad situation that all it would have taken was on simple call to a customer that has been with state for years. ????

Couldn't ask for a better agent and I will not leave just for cheaper insurance. Troy King and state farm has been good to me sinve day 1.
