This place is the only place I trust with my beloved car. I live in DC and I bring my car all the way up here whenever I need service done. They are unbelievably knowledgeable and they always identify the issue and get the job done perfectly. Super reliable and friendly, I cannot say enough great things about this team. Been going to Tommy for years. Professional, honest and goes over what is needed and why. Some years ago got a list of things that needed service from a tire place. When I showed him the list 95% was not needed. Also told me to seriously consider a new car when repairs were becoming frequent as a few examples. Friendly...including Mag the dog.Services: Tires

Tier Car Care is a fantastic shop comprised of a fantastic group of people. Everyone is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They are clearly car enthusiasts and I always walk out knowing more about cars than I did when I went in. They keep my cars, BMW as well as others, running very well and they are quick with sound advice. I feel fortunate to have found this shop and I'll definitely keep bringing my cars there.

Extremely disapointed in the way they do business. I made an apointment and brought my car there in early August. Tommy took the time to look over every inch of my car and let me know what it will need. That part was great, but he told me he would call me back with an estimate and I could drop it off in 2 weeks after they come back from vacation. I never heard back from him, when I did call I was told he was at the track and I left a message. Still didn't hear back from him, after more attemtps I finally reached him. He told me he had to drop off a customer and he would call me right back. He never did, I wasted a month of my time waiting around for him to call me back. Very unproffesional, I had really high hopes for this place but it seems like they just don't care about certain customers.

Just had our X5 rear brakes and oil change done. I highly recommend Tier Auto Care. Tommy and his team did and incredible job and, while he had recommendations for upcoming services, he wasn’t pushy at all. TIER Car Care is definitely the best BMW shop I have been to in the last 20-years! Tommy, DJ, and the other mechanics are incredibly knowledgeable, hugely skillful, super honest, explain everything in detail, and pricing is some of the best I've found anywhere. We're very lucky to have such a good BMW/MINI shop in the Baltimore area—these guys are the best in all of NOVA/DC/Baltimore. And, they have the sweetest shop dog you'll ever meet!
