Nah...don't spend this much on an apartment here..not worth it unless you have some type of voucher. And believe all that has been said about the carpet fee..you will lose your deposit. Even if u shampoo and vacuum your carpet every Saturday like my wife and myself you will lose it. Even if you're a traveling nurse that lived by yourself and was barely home like our lovely neighbors who saw the direction that complex was going in...they will charge you. Office is a rotating door of horrible attitudes and young people fresh from their Associates degree repeating whatever rhetoric they're being told to say. Not recommended. Went down hill fast after the pandemic when the local council voted to open up the vouchers to Baltimore County..now it's alot of foot traffic and back door walkers and police activity.

First, If I could give a zero I would. This place is managed very poorly. Do not move here. Everything is old and/or broken. They do not replace things. The leasing office has horrible hours. They all take breaks at the same time so many times when you come, there is a sign up saying when they will be back which can be inconvenient when you need to just pop over. They say they call you for things and send letters when it is time to charge you however no calls were made nor is there proof of letters sent. I moved in during COVID and the ballroom still has yet to be opened although listed as an amenity and when you ask about renting the ballroom out you get attitude from both leasing staff and corporate staff. Currently, I could not pay my rent as my account stated "no online payments accepted" now I am being charged a late fee for their technical issues and I have been told I have to send an email on my behalf stating why I should get my money back for a late fee although I have been trying to pay my rent all week. It makes me wonder, what do the workers do. To me, they should be reaching out to upper management not me. Also, one day I came into the office around 4:30pm after work to handle a very serious matter that they claimed to have been sending letters about and the girl was sitting on her phone doing nothing at her desk yet when she saw me she stated, "oh yes I was planning to call you" now when did she plan to call exactly if the office closes at 6pm? Again, poorly managed. I went over to fill out paperwork and was called not more than 15 minutes into my workout to come back as the staff had me and my boyfriend sign the wrong lines (again, what do they know how to do?). The staff changes in the office so frequently you might as well not learn their names. Oh, and also I called the leasing office Saturday to get assistance and the girl told me she was no trained to assist with leasing matters. Now why would you schedule a person on a weekend by themselves if they cannot fully assist residents? I can go on and on, moral of the story do not move here it is not updated or worth it. The only thing they have on other apartments is space, literally that's it. In my experience and from speaking to others I would not rent from Morgan Properties at all. I believe the Brittany is owned by them. I also second what the person above said about the hot water, it is crazy when you shower you can be freezing then about to be burned just like that. Also the pest control people come and say maintenance has to do a certain thing but then maintenance says pest control has to do it. I also second what the lady said about the air. My air breaks every summer. In early September (still hot out) I called the leasing office around 11am to tell them the air was not working. When I got back home at 5:45pm It was still not working and I was told that I had to call emergency maintenance because the workers get off in 15 minutes. When I called the emergency line they had no record of my original maintenance request (again, what do they do!). I could not understand how no air was not considered an emergency when I stated I have a one year old child. We were given an air conditioner for one room for the night because they could not fix it until the next day which means we were basically confined to one room in order to not break out into a sweat. had the original call been taken seriously this may have not been the case. The emergency maintenance lady originally left after her inspection however once I called she was instructed to come back and install a portal air conditioner so basically she was going to leave us hot. No one here wants to work basically. BE WARNED!

Nice apartment complex but horrible customer service provider by the leasing staff. I was warned that I would love the environment but I would not like the leasing staff and I went against my better judgment. I'm happy they were rude because I found a better place....THX

My niece moved in 2 months ago and it has beed a complete nightmare. Let me just name a few. Maintenance is byfar the worse. I had the finally come over the fix her running toilet ( maintenance and been there two times before) the air conditioner vent had mold coming from it ( they came, wiped the area replaced the vent and left a hold where the old vent was) never tried to solve the problem.the toilet in both bathrooms flooded leaving feces everywhere even in the tub she had the throw all of her rugs and shower curtains away which were new someone was supposed to come and clean it up- never showed up and lastly noticed a mouse problem. I am ready pay for a lawyer to get my niece out of that disgusting place. Beware before signing a lease at that place?

It’s some sort of ? beehive in my kitchen light and it’s bees constantly flying in and out. It’s Friday 5/5/23 I was told by the rental office nothing can be done about it until Tuesday 5/9/23.

Still waiting on ac to be fixed but they claim it can’t be fixed until the summer even though it’s been broken since we moved in 2 summers ago. Just had a maintenance person enter my home without permission, enter my bedroom, and I haven’t submitted a maintenance request. Guess what? Turns out the problem wasn’t in my apartment. So they invaded my space without my permission, for a problem in another apartment. Absolutely ridiculous.

I wouldn't even recommend this apartment complex to someone I hated. Hands down worst living experience I have had. Nothing can be done in a timely manner at this place. When I first moved in some of the appliances were already broken and it took almost 3 months to get new appliances. They'll also create a pet policy and not follow their own policy. It took the staff 3 weeks to decide if they want to accept or deny a pet application. Honestly it seems they will find any reason to deny you a pet and deny you a good living experience. The walls are thinner than a sheet of paper. You can hear the neighbor sneeze. Nothing in the area is clean. The grounds aren't kept very well.I've had nothing but problems since moving into this god forsaken place and if you were logical you wouldn't even put this complex on your list of choices.(If I could give this review 0 stars I would)

I loved the space of my apartment which i lived in for 15 months but i have had ongoing issues with AC/Heat since moving in. I put in more than 15 maintenance request for the issue to never be fixed and even went to the court house to file for escrow. I was pregnant and when i had the baby the only AC i received was when walking over to the leasing office or purchasing my own AC units for each bed room. Maintenance was timely but i was told there was nothing more they can do. I even asked if i could be let out of my lease due to the lack of comfort since moving in. Comfort trumps physical appearance and there was no part of my stay that was comfortable and i couldn’t be more excited to no longer be a resident as of this past weekend.
