Came in the store needing to print 100 flyers front & back. But my mind was all over the place, but I received the best customer service today from a young lady named Toffy who literally did everything for me. Haven't experienced this kind of patience and good customer service in such a long time.

A lot of items empty. Really ramping up their insistence to install their app in order to use purchase points you've earned. Wish there were more choices of office supply stores but they've either gone out of business or been bought out. Starting to buy more items online and NOT from them as a result.

Went on today to print something out and Justin in the print section was terrible he was not helpful at all! He wasn’t even willing to try to help he said he had no idea. They no longer do same day print because of how many orders they get but it doesn’t say that anywhere. I’m disappointed in the service I received today especially since I had such a great experience before. Shame on you Justin!

If you tryna print a lot of papers for example a training manual stay far away from this place I had to wait at the store for over three hours trying to print all the pages and the printer can only print so many at once so your charged a sales tax on each transaction I had a total of 4 transactions I ended up paying 44 dollars just in tax I'm honestly mad its not an easier process to bulk print I they amount of time I spent in that store they I should've clocked in smh.FTP I wouldn't wish waiting in a staples store for over 3 hours on my worst enemy.

It’s the busy season everywhere. It may be a good idea to stop offering and promoting same day services IF you don’t have the capability or staffing to do so. It’s better to say same day self service copies and printing all other services next day or 2 day availability. I’ve come to this location twice for two different types of same day services and was turned away both times.

Went to this store to print flyers. Had no clue how to do it. Got help from an employee, Toffy, and she was awesome. She got us set up, then gave us space, then helped us with personalized service when we couldn’t get it to work how we wanted on our own. Friendly and courteous. Very happy customer.

It's a typical Staples. No different from any of the other Staples. The employees are courteous and helpful. There is plenty of free parking out front.They were quite helpful when I returned three items the same day I bought them. One of the ladies who had just gotten off duty saw that I was having trouble getting my items into my car. She stopped to help me even though she had already clocked out.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service they don’t even acknowledge customers walking in. No organization at all. Save yourself time and go somewhere else. Waste of time.
