Mike is a really great guy. I appreciate the lengths he will go to serve his customers.Although his services are a bit expensive for me, most of the time he is able to fix the problem.My father referred me to Mike a few years back. Since then, I’ve taken many of my devices to him for repair. He is typically able to fix the issue within a few days, sometimes only a few hours, and he is always so kind.I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs their device repaired or if they’d like to purchase a second-hand device.

For the holidays 2019, we bought a secondhand gaming computer for our kid. It was a great experience. The shop is convenient and Michael’s an expert at what he does. A couple times we had issues with the computer, we called him and he promptly fixed it. We are very pleased and will continue to go here for all of our digital needs. We also love buying secondhand to reduce our carbon footprint.

For used computers, it's very good and fully functional. Also the prices are extremely reasonable especially considering all the extras you get with it. Very good service and ill definitely will come back.

Second Byte was used to fix a virus on my laptop. Mr. Michael Howie is a true professional. He has been in service there for over 40 years. This was a great find.
