My sister gave me the worst haircut I ever had until I went to salon O. I was eight years old and my sister was 10 at the time. My hairstylist had moved out of town so I called salon O, for an appointment . I told the person I don’t want a razor cut I want a scissors cut, they proceeded to cut my hair and when they were cutting the sides, I noticed it was going really short and I said it’s too short. Once I got home, I looked at the back of my hair. They did a buzz cut with the scissors, it looks so bad that I’m actually wearing a hat, I don’t understand why someone would cut someone’s hair like that. I would never recommend Salon O.

Most of the clients are very snooty. It is a very clean salon and my stylist is so very nice.

Treated and handled very unprofessionally. I was actually rather astounded about the outburst that came out from our stylist. My daughter wanted a haircut he was not equipped to do. Instead of calmly explaining this he proceeded to yell at me in front of my daughter and the entire salon. He screamed he didn’t have the tools, nor the time, which we were an hour and twenty minutes early for our appointment, not sure how the timing part was valid. Had I understood that he was not capable of this hair style I believe we could of handled the situation differently. Very strange outburst that led to a very scared child who felt like she was in the wrong for wanting a style.

Love my stylist - Kita. And I had a wonderful shampoo (but I already forgot her name!). And Jo at front desk is very efficient and polished. Will keep coming back!

High quality, upscale salon. Very well managed and superb hair color and chic decor. The owner O is an excellent stylist. Very professional!

The owner was, also, not nice to me. Neither was the person at the front desk. I went to a so called hair color specialist. She was no better than others who I gave since gone to. Actually, in my opinion, the others were better. And they used hair color that I was allergic to. I had a number of problem there, which are too many to explain here. To top it off, I called to speak to the person who cut my hair and the owner wouldn't let me speak to her. It wasn't because she was too busy. He just said that all calls go through him. Tony is a Diva/Curly Girl cutter. He is the best in town. Very patient and talks about how he is cutting your hair and the styling process throughout the appointment.

Love love LOVE this salon. From the minute you walk in and greeted by Celeste, to the magnificent shampoo and conditioning and the cut by Cindy, What can I say, it was a very pleasant experience everyone was very professional, kind and fun.I wasn’t sure about making such a drastic change but Cindy hit it out of the park!!!Service: Haircut

Horrible horrible horrible. If u don’t cancel, all is good, if u cancel due to COVID u r told u will be charged a full price for cancellation even with 48 hours notice. Get real O, COVID is real and stirring back up. You should be ashamed of yourself… Wanting people to come in with deadly covid!!! Celeste, you are a receptionist for a salon … there is no reason why you have to act like you are gods gift to this world… get over yourself!!!!Service: Hairstyling

Definitely one of the best salons in Baltimore county, the owner O is amazing at what he does, all the staff there are really great, I like how friendly and personable each of the staff is.

I am very UNHAPPY with the service we have received from Salon O!, my daughter wanted to have her hair highlighted and this is the result. The highlights were done at the bottom of her hair and also are hardly showing!. I paid $145 and basically no results. I called to complain, spoke to the owner (who was not very nice to us when we were there at the salon), he refused to compensate us and once again was not nice on the phone. I will never go back there, it was a mistake from the very beginning!. Do NOT go there!

Celeste will give you the third degree when trying to make an appointment, and maybe, if she likes you, you’ll get one. I was told I would get a callback, what!?! and I’m still waiting.

I was given the third degree when trying to make an appointment for my daughter's wedding two months from now. I was questioned on why I wanted a full service the day of the event, and also asked who I'm currently going to. I asked what time the salon opens and was told that 'everyone comes in at different times.' Eventually I was told I would be called back and never heard back from them. Never had to get a callback when just making an appointment. The stylist I asked for wasn't available when I needed an appointment, so open the book and give me someone else. No matter how good the stylists are, they've lost a potential customer from me. I guess I didn't pass their standards anyway. Terrible customer service!
