I showed up at the pharmacy drive thru before lunch and waited in line. They took a long time to give the car in front of me their items. I get up to the window just for the lady to tell me she can’t service me now bc it’s lunch after I’ve already waited. This is unacceptable. I understand staff has to take lunch. You guys need to invest in an open and closed drive through line or something to let people know. My time was wasted.

Of the pharmacies in the area this is the best. They are easy to work with and generally pretty quick about filling prescriptions. Many of the techs are awesome

The Associate at Rite Aid was extremely helpful when I couldn't find them items I was looking for. The Associate helped me look without being asked. Great customer service

HORRIBLE...! ?? ?? THEY MAKE CHANGES IN THE STORE, NOBODY CAN TELL YOU WHY! ONE MOMENT YOUR NOT BEING CHARGED FOR A RELOADABLE CARD FEE THE NEXT TIME YOU COME IN YOUR BEING CHARGED. NEVER CAN FIND CERTAIN VITAMINS IN STORE. RITE AID STORES USE TO BE ON POINT NOW THEY JUST SUCK!

Poor service here!! Always understaffed with ridiculously long wait times! Only find satisfaction when the young lady with red hair works. I try to put in refills on the phone but does not work. I haven’t been getting my refills done on time! Wouldn’t recommend this store

RITE AID AT 101 REISTERSTOWN RD. IS WELCOMELY AND AN FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE AND THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED FOR ITEMS. THE PHARMACY MANAGER AND THE STAFF WERE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.

The pharmacy is understaffed. I always end up waiting 15-20 minutes before I can pick up a prescription. I've tried calling them numerous times, and it's usually very hard to get through to anyone. The drive up pharmacy is convenient, but there's always 1 staff member switching off between the cars and the people in the store, so it takes time.
