Everyone in the store is amazing. Sam was a great guy to help me find the watch I was looking for, and was able to secure it in such a short amount of time. Didn’t feel like we were being pushed to make purchases on things we didn’t like just to make a sale. Maddy in Luxury in Reach has been great as well, helping my wife find items that she’s been looking for. Overall great environment, and will gladly chose to recommend them for your luxury purchases

Radcliffe Jewelers just opened a stunning new location! The store is absolutely beautiful and spacious, with a fantastic layout that makes browsing a breeze.But what truly impressed me was the exceptional service I received. My salesman, Sam, was fantastic. I told him what I was looking for, and he didn't just show me a few options – he really listened and understood what I wanted. Thanks to Sam's hard work and dedication, I was able to find the perfect watch – my dream watch, in fact!If you're looking for a luxurious shopping experience with knowledgeable and helpful staff, then the new Radcliffe Jewelers location is definitely worth checking out. Once again, Radcliffe Jewelers has blown me away! Amy is not just my jeweler and watch dealer, but is family. She never stops to amaze me with her care and patience, displaying her years of experience within the jewelry business. I wouldn’t think of buying my watches or jewelry anywhere else.

Excellent response time through email and phone. Recently made my second purchase and I look forward to more in the future. Takes me 50 minutes to an hour to drive there from near DC, but it’s worth the trip for the service.

I recently purchased a Rolex Datejust 41 from Radcliffe Jewelers, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Natalie, the sales rep, was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Despite the high demand, I received my watch quicker than expected. The watch is fantastic, and the overall service was top-notch. Highly recommend Radcliffe Jewelers and Natalie!

Radcliffe is Awesome! They were able to get my husband his Starbucks/Kermit II Rolex faster than anticipated. Rob works hard for his clients! We love the new location in Pikesville. They are super knowledgable and their staff is fantastic! I can't say enough good things about this store! Highly recommend!!!

Radcliffe’s is amazing! The new location is beautiful and there is no other place I would go for jewelry. My fiancé got my engagement ring at Radcliffe’s and worked with Kristen who went above and beyond to create my dream ring! When it was time for wedding band shopping we didn’t think twice about going back to Radcliffe’s and asking Kristen to help create a custom wedding band for myself, and find my fiancé the perfect band! Kristen is amazing and SO knowledgable about all things jewelry and gemstones! We cannot wait to work with her again in the future.
