Although I am not a customer, I went into the PNC branch in Pikesville, MD in order to get a document notarized. I met with the branch manager, James David. Although I told him I was not a PNC customer, he graciously agreed to notarize my document and refused to accept payment for the service.

Today I had the pleasure of working with Branch Manager, James David. He helped me work through a complex financial situation for my mother.Mr James was attentive, patient and thorough. He went above and beyond expectations, calling a PNC branch in another state to insure another family member could complete the process. I chose the Pikesville location because it had the highest reviews. Now I know why. If you bank with PNC, Mr David at the Pikesville location should be your choice.

James David, the Branch Manager, along with all of his colleagues at the Pikesville Branch, set the tone for an exceptional banking experience. James is patient, understands PNC's systems well and is a true problem solver. Kudos to James and his team for providing outstanding service that far exceeded my expectations.

Lisa was such a wonderful lady. Has a great customer service. Also helped us with opening a new account. My children loved her she was so calm and patient with them. They enjoyed her company while we were opening a new account. Had a great experience with her!!!

Went in for a simple cash withdrawal from my account. Showed my debit card and my driver's license. Should have been quick. It wasn't. It took longer than it should have taken. I've made lots of cash withdrawals in the past. Only 3 stars for this transaction.

I've had a business account with them for years. I opened it up at this branch. However, on April 7th, I was so disappointed in how I was treated. I made an appointment yesterday (April 6th) for 2:30 p.m. for today (April 7th) to do a wire transfer. I get to the branch, and first a lady holds up her hand (with gloves and a mask on) at the door. I stated that I had an appointment at 2:30 p.m. She asked me my name, and I told her. She goes back inside. Three minutes later, she returns and says that the branch manager will come to the door. So, about 2 to three minutes later, the branch manager (who I know and has done plenty of transactions with me in the past (from wires to notaries) comes to the door and opens it ajar and asked me if I was at the right branch, and I don't have an appointment, and maybe it was scheduled at the Owings Mills branch. I said I made an appointment yesterday for 2:30 p.m. today. He said that I'm not on the list. I moved closer to see the list (forgetting about social distancing), and he said watch your distance ma'am. I was like I made the appointment. I called 410-653- 3610. The branch manager asked me what was the person's name. I said it wasn't given. Now, keeping my distance, I showed him my cellphone that showed that I called yesterday. He then said that he believed me, but I'm not on the list for an appointment. I angrily walked away, got in my car, and called the branch (410-653-3610). The guy I spoke to yesterday, when, I made the appointment, answered. I recognized his voice. I said you are the one I made the appointment with for a wire transfer for today (April 7th) at 2:30 p.m. I'm being told that I didn't have an appointment. I came all the way to this branch. I'm in the parking lot. He puts me on hold and comes back and asks me do I want to come back in (because he knew I did, and they figured out they made an error). I said no not after how I was treated (like I was crazy and delusional). I will be closing my business account. They lost a loyal customer.
