Although I am not a customer, I went into the PNC branch in Pikesville, MD in order to get a document notarized. I met with the branch manager, James David. Although I told him I was not a PNC customer, he graciously agreed to notarize my document and refused to accept payment for the service.

James is patient, understands PNC's systems well and is a true problem solver. Kudos to James and his team for providing outstanding service that far exceeded my expectations.
