I love pizza bolis cause y'all don't sell pork products. But this is ridiculous, I ordered a whole cheese steak and called the right back to ask if they could cut whole sub in to 4 peices instead of half. They gonna say they don't do that, I would have to cut it myself at home. It's to much for them to do. She didn't call to cook to ask him. I have worked in most of pizza bolis in Baltimore City and I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SOMEONE NOT CUTTING a sub more then twice . Where do they do that at? $18.18 is what I spent and I can't get my FOOD THE WAY I Want it.

The Pizza Bolis in Federal Hill lies about their prices. They charged me $2 more then what was actually listed on their menu in the store. When confronted about it all they said was it was an old menu that they are fixing it. They are taking advantage of drunk kids and making $1-$2 off every transaction

I placed an order last night (11/02/2022), for Pizza, Wings and Soda and I was quoted a delivery time between 9:32 - 9:46, so I was tracking the delivery a d saw where it said delivery was made, I am sitting in my living with sin and two 5 pound dog and my phone next to me, at 10:10 I calldd to get an update from Slice the online service whom called Bolis and was inform, they called me when they arrived, not such thing took place, so I called Bolis directly and was to he would be at my house in 6 minutes , I informed them if not to cancel the order, he arrived and called.I go to the one in the Tenlytown/ Friendship Heights area all the time, but because of my zip ode I get this kind of service, that was my last time ordering from any Bolis...not happy and the wings were dry.

Very rude employees. I ordered from the Oxon hill MD location and 3 times thus far they have messed up my order. They don't even deliver to my door. I was told from management that they do not leave their vehicles. I'm not sure if it's b/c of my area that I live, which I found to be extremely odd, b/c I ordered when I was at friends house, and they delivered to her door. Recently I decided to order from them (Oct. 12th), and they messed up my order, at which point I cancelled the order, to be told from the gentleman on the phone, that they will no longer service my address. I am extremely frustrated with how they have chosen to operate. No customer should be reprimanded for correcting their mistakes.

I have never did a rate or anything like that but I feel like I have to address this. This is the worst pizza boil’s locations ever. I ordered sub a couple times and they always made me wait an 1hr and 30. Even when I called them just to see the status of my order they kept saying 10 minutes and I waited 20 minutes and called back they said let me call the driver and I’ll call you back but they never called back and I was late for work.

Ordered dinner for our kids from the Bolis located on Ritchie Hwy, after arriving from BWI Sunday night. Your employee Rob, took my order and repeated it back to me properly. Over an hour later as I'm calling to check on the delayed order I see the delivery driver approaching a house down the block. I intercepted our food thankfully because I wasnt even asked to sign my credit card receipt, I never was even offered it. Delivery driver was a sweet man however. Back inside we realize our orders are all wrong. Every sub has cheese although I specifically ordered "just meat and bread" on one, which Rob repeated word for word. One child is severely lactose intolerant. Another sub was smothered in mustard (w.t.f.), the poppers n fries were cold, like not even fully cooked or sat in a fridge before delivery. All these mistakes seemed intentional. I call about the food and Rob instantly jumps down my throat telling me I ordered it wrong before I even finish explaining the issues. After about 20 mins of back and forth of him insisting I ordered wrong instead of just working with me so I can get the food I paid for (I still had an hour drive ahead at 10pm, I wasnt waiting another hour + for my kids corrected food which was probably contaminated judging from Robs attitude) Rob says my card will be refunded in 72 hours and they will come get the food. I asked to still speak to the manger because I'm pretty much in tears after dealing with him and all the kids are beyond disappointed and starving. At that point Rob puts me on hold and I'm on hold for 5 mins, I hang up, call back and my call goes unanswered.My friend calls from her phone and gets an answer from Rob "Hello Pizza Bolis". Rob informs her he was too busy to answer my call and the manager was currently busy fixing other wrong orders (winners) and they will not be fixing ours nor will we be getting a refund. My friend orders from there about once a week and never has been treated like this. She asks Rob again to speak to the manager and is put on hold for about 10 mins before she hangs up. We call from both of our phones again and are ignored.But when we used a different number, he answered "Hello Pizza Bolis". By now I've wasted atleast 30mins trying, ontop of the hour + we waited, to get a refund and give these people their food back. We offered to take the food back for a refund and Rob said the manager will not refund us. We got McDonald's (whose employees didn't hate their lives so much) and drove home basically robbed for $60.It gets better though. No wonder Rob n his manager (if Rob even informed the manager or if there was even one there) had no shame in their horrible customer service, when trying to reach cooperate the recording stating they were currently closed and to call M-F 9am-5pm (which it was) played all day and their voicemail box was full.So $60 and over 90 mins of my life wasted waiting on food that my kids couldn't eat and being totally disrespected by a sorry excuse for a man who allowed whatever pride he has get in the way of fixing the mistake made on our order AKA, his job. Way to go Pizza Bolis ?♀️ Your subs are in the trash where they belong, I suggest u put Rob there as well.

Aberdeen location - Food is usually good, but today there was an argument about an online order, $22.99 for a large 2-topping pizza, 10 wings, and a 2-litre. The website wouldn't let me make the order because it wouldn't show me the wing choices. When I called to get the same deal, the woman on the phone gave me a hard time about it not coming with a soda, because online orders were different. After a 3 minute wait for a manager, he commenced to tell me that it's now 9 wings and a dollar more expensive. I told him that it wasn't changed online and that he should take that up with corporate. He starts reading me an email from corporate, changing the price. I just hung up on the manager. I'm not going to argue over what is being advertised, versus what an email says. It was the difference of a wing and a dollar based on an email, or a 2 litre and a corporate advertisement, that we won't be ordering there, tonight. To add to it, I called the corporate line to leave a voicemail about this incident, and the VM is full ... So, here I am ... On Google. Step it up, Boli's ...
