The employees are friendly and helpful. I removed 2 stars for double-booking - that is the reason I won't be using this company again. I was literally left alone for the second half of my session while the therapist worked with another patient. He didn't notice that I was done with my exercises, and that I was sitting there waiting, or even when I got up and left.I had physical therapy in a few other places, and this was the only one where I had my sessions double-booked every single time.

Thank you Pivot!The entire staff is not only Professional but Delightful. Informed, Motivating and Patient. Providing support and even the occasional extra “push” (encouragement) when needed. Everyone working at the center are courteous and friendly. Physical therapist, Ben, knows the activities you need to solve your problem. Physical therapist, Kat, is also extremely helpful.

Highly recommend. The entire staff were so friendly, nice, and welcoming. My pain levels decreased in the first few sessions , and I experienced such positive results. Great experience!
