Took my mom here for an upgrade from start to finish ALEX was very nice humble and down to earth. Got a bundle for my moms new phone a case, pop, and screen protector. Very quick and easy process. Very grateful for ALEX today.

Gaslighting Gatekeeping Redlining
I’ve tried to work for this location for three and a half years and the employees swear left and right the manager would be there or he’s on vacation if you are African American DO NOT TRY TO PUT IN AN APPLICATION they are very good at wasting time and Jedi mind tricks also the over exaggeration is real amen ?

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE IF YOU ARE BLACK AND DON'T WANT TO CATCH A CHARGE. DO NOT GO HERE! I requested to have my number swapped to another device. The swap didn't take affect. I called the store 3 days later to tell them and the young boy said that because he wasn't the one that initially helped me 3 days prior that I needed to call back in 3 hours. No matter if he was the one that originally serviced me shouldn't matter. You work for the company, I told you the issue and you should be able to troubleshoot. So I go to the store 3 hours later, I tell him the problem, and I provide the phone number when he asked for it. He then calls someone speaks in Spanish and then says to me "You activated a new line and purchased a new phone last Friday, correct?" I answered yes, I did. He then says well the line is active why are we talking about the other line? I answered, I'm talking about the other line because that's the line that is experiencing the problems. The line I started last Friday is working fine so, why are you talking about that line? He then stops what he's doing and says don't be rude and don't get smart. So I said Oh so now I'm rude because I answered your question and the answer makes you look stupid? You asked me for the number to the line that I was having trouble with so him asking me that question shows that he was TOTALLY not listening to anything I said. THEN the next day the spirit said to log onto Metro to see what is on your account. I find out that my 8digit pin was changed from what it's been for the last 6 years and the change was made on the day I had that negative engagement at the time JUST after I left their store. I called the location to get a managers number. The girls said they don't have the owners number. First off I asked for the managers number and secondly how you don't have the number of the people that pay you? She provided me with the "managers" number, when I called it wasn't the manager's number. I called back and a boy answered and told me they don't have a number for a manager. I said Oh so the number the girl just gave me was bogus? He said what was the number? I said it doesn't matter cause you just told me that you don't have a manager's number. I called METRO and reported them for poor customer service. METRO says they will investigate and the location will be penalized.
